I was pleased- a week later I walk in to wash two blankets one queen the other a king again thinking she had to wash it and I wasn't allowed too, handed it to her and was told 40 for the both- I was taken back on the price a little and said I just want this one which is my king , she said 30 - guess a queen is 10 by the prices she was throwing me. Came back a hour later and it was folded in a bag . Took it home- Wasn't clean- called her to tell her and she said she wasn't going to refund me that 30$ was for her time and the Tide. Like WHAT?!! U didn't clean it .. your time - your not a doctor - 30$ for an hour wash that wasn't cleaned - you completely rob the maumelle folks and your dishonest I added a video and pic of this not sure if they will share it with y'all but I did post pic and video

Even when I knocked over my water container and we mopped the floor. Large washer, $4.50, dryers were .50 cents to start and you could add quarters. Clothes were clean and completely dry. The location is easy to access, very clean and they take quarters. I will not use a place that takes tokens, since I very rarely use the same place twice.

The facility was crowded but still lots of equipment available. The manager Annette was awesome. She greeted me as I walked in the door and walked me thru everything, even picked up quarters I had dropped. She checked on me several times and wished me good bye when I was finished. Very frustrating. In addition, my truck blew a fuse so I needed to charge my cell phone. I was shocked when i found the electricity was cut off to the only three outlets I could find. I could not charge my phone which then put me in danger. A man who was there at the time said he knew the owner. He said the owner got tired of homeless people coming in there and charging their phones and hanging out so he cut off the electricity to the outlets. That was terrible to do that!! What about the people that pay 7.50 for a big washer??? The owner should find another way to deal with homeless people. Cutting off the electricity will not stop people from coming in because it is a 24 hour laundromat. Very unhappy with this facility.

It's true, this place isn't quite as new and shiny as some of the other laundromats, but the owner…read moreis accomodating and attentive and the price can't be beat. $1.25 to wash and .25 per 8 minute cycle to dry -- I put in 75 cents and my clothes were bone dry. That's 2 bucks a load. I stopped in at the other laundromat up the street and it was $2.75 to wash and a dollar to dry: almost twice as expensive per load. They also have free wi-fi, although I didn't end up using it because I spent the whole time talking to the owner, who was in the process of refinishing the floors. Super nice people here, I'll go here before the other guys any day.
