Although the store was a bit in shambles and the outside of the store had piles of appliances, I can't complain about the service! My dryer wasn't working properly. It wasn't heating when I started it. Brats was quick to come to my house and fix my dryer! They thought they would have to order the part, but they discovered they had it in stock.
