I failed for wiper blades ......really that's a new one but they conveniently could have replaced for 50 / 60 dollars on top of the inspection depending on my wiper option. I had an alignment 6 months ago and my car has 37K for miles and ohh by the way I haven't driven my car more than a few thousand miles in that 6 months. On top of that I also failed for my back plate border....surprise Brought my car back to the guys that did the alignment and they said I was given a story...car should have passed. There appears to be a high employee turnover rate and those who are there are typically distant and aloof. I had my car inspected and was told, "You're all-set, cars' ok". However, when I spoke with the mechanic he asked "who told you that?" He then informed me that I had a costly deficiency. On another occasion, when I inquired about the price for a tire rotation, the beleaguered clerk made several calls to find the price (evidentially, everybody was on a 'break'). After several minutes I got my answer and the clerk whispered to me where I could get it done less expensively. That was the best help I ever received there.
