I am not sure what they are, but I can guarantee that they were not there prior. I did receive prompt communication from Circle T - Melissa who assured me that her car wash could not have made the marks. I know that is not true and am extremely disappointed. I was able to get a few things back, mostly clothes, which were soaking wet and covered in ash and soot. If you've ever smelled one, you know how distinct the smell of a house fire is, and it's so hard to get the smell out, so it seemed like a nearly impossible task to get the smell out of my car after wet, soot covered clothes were laying on my fabric seats.
