So obviously I thought this would be a good experience. NOT! The first threader I told her I wanted to keep my eybrows natural, clean up and a little shape. Well, it did feel right and her pull was not what I'm.accustomed. I asked to see what it look like. My skin looked like ant bites. Skin just broken and red from the threading. This is not going to work. I should have left right then. The owner had another threader, an older lady to.take over. She tried to appease by putting something on the right eyebrow. She starts on the left eyebrow. Her touch and.pull was definitely lighter. So again, I said just a clean up and keep natural brow. She asked if she could aloe Vera gel on.. I.agreed. I should have not. Recommendation. Use fresh aloe or rose water. That gel is not nautral and has hint of alcohol in it. So here's the kicker......after I leave and I'm n in sunlight is when I can clearly see my left brow was butchered and does not even look like the right brow! So now I have to walk around 3 weeks looking like a fool! I regret I paid cash and even tipped at this point. I wouldn't recommend unless the owner is willing to do the service herself or if you just don't mind taking a chance losing a few $6+ $2 tip & your natural brow shape!

She listens to me and does exactly how I describe or if I decide to bring in a picture she gives me exactly what I want. She is able to handle all types of hair without skipping a beat. I have seen very few people who are as confident and comfortable as she is with a pair of scissors while handling so many different types of hair. I'm not a fan of salons especially here in Atlanta, so having someone cut my hair and give me what I want without spending hours in a salon and paying tons of money is priceless in my book. Not to mention that the cut is only $15! I can get an appointment for the same day or even walk right in and I'm out in no time at all.

Upon walking in Amy was the sole person working in the shop and I requested to see if someone was available to flat iron and style my hair. I had already dried and washed it. She told me she would be able to do it in just a few minutes after she got another customer ready to go. At first glance this seemed different than the type of Dominican salon I am used to where multiple people rotate you or assist you for the stylist of your choice. However Amy nicely explained to me there are typically two to three people here and they work by Walk Ins and will rotate the work in and move quickly nOne person was out of town (the salon owner) and the other one had a situation. As Amy stated, it would be just a few minutes and it was. She proceeded to assist me and do the work to get my roots and hair really straight! She did an awesome job I am very pleased and she adjusted the price accordingly as it was already washed and dried. Her customer service with a smile plus great outcomes will take me back to see her again! I came back on another visit and saw Milky the owner to touch up my relaxer. I use a very expensive brand and it pays off because I never have breakage well I did! On one hand I fault myself because I feel like when it was burning I should have insisted she rinse it out instead of spraying oil on it. On a positive note she is very good at smoothing out the hair and very thorough Unfortunately I have suffered some breakage in the front and back Luckily I have enough hair that I can cover it up or I would be throwing more of a fit. I came back on and they are treating it but since it's a different lady she said I had to pay for the wash....but then didn't charge me.... I have mixed emotions I like the people care and styling. I should have spoke up and on the other hand they are the experts right? Nice people and I would say if you are going to come here definitely be cautious if putting in chemical. Due to the the great customer service and two positive visits I give them three stars instead of just the as I would come back for wash and set because it's convenient and they do a great job to be honest but any concerns and I will speak up!!!!

Still nice but language barrier made it difficult my latest visit. I came in because my last SNS set broke off on one nail so this time I asked for an extra coat because it seems the layering is easily breakable. Didn't help. After 2 days I have a cracked nail and they don't do refunds or cover the cost to fix the ONE nail I'm requesting to be fixed. Didn't plan on returning after this last nail experience anyways because it took 2 hours for SNS removal and new set on my natural nail. There was a moment where language barrier made it difficult to communicate that my nails were not straight and needed more filing. I don't know if it's because acrylic was easier for them or the new employees have different skill sets, but I'm upset that I now have to find somewhere else and pay for a full SNS removal and set so soon after getting my nails done. Katherine is sweet but is who did this last set. I also recommended the place for my friend to get a mani/pedi. Pedi was good but mani chipped after two days because Laura only did 1 layer of gel. All nice enough people, but it's a waste of money if they won't fix problems. Be cautious going here. Looks great with the new changes but the actual nail quality is the worst I've ever had. Telling all my friends to avoid especially since my out of town friend didn't have a good experience either with the nail quality. Update: For me to have gotten my nails done 4:30-6:30 PM Thursday July 11th (SNS removal and SNS) then noticing on morning of Saturday July 13th a cracked and chipped nail then Sunday July 14th a 2nd cracked nail noticeably breaking due to gently washing dishes, these nails are not quality! I've been rougher on my hands when I was a teacher and SNS never chipped like this. And the website is inaccurate because they should've been open 12-5 PM today so I wasted more money trying to go up there and discuss this issue in person in case my phone call was unclear. DO NOT GO HERE FOR NAILS. Pedicures might be fine but nails are POORLY DONE. I want my money back but since that's not possible, I'll just keep telling everyone about avoiding this place.

She did a good job on the touch up relaxer, no complaints. Before doing my hair she said she would be able to lift unwanted color that sometimes happen from coloring and gives the hair a weird tint. After washing and applying the supposed necessary solution, it did not take. She wanted me to again sit under the bowl (very uncomfortable) and repeat the process. I mentioned I was literally freezing in the bowl area and made her aware of the extreme coldness with with wet hair. She said "she should adjust the temperature" but that did not happen. Ultimately, I am now doing my best to stave off a cold and looks like I may lose the battle. ""No hint of any illness in any way prior to getting my hair done. There was a young lady in the salon that I had not noticed who apparently complained and felt unsafe. I explained to Erica that as per the condition of my release I had to get 2 negative tests in a matter of 1 week but I was still thrown out of the salon. It is note worthy to mention that neither the young lady herself nor Erica did offer proof that both were recently tested and were negative. I was the only person who knew their Covid status as I had gotten testers that very same day oddly enough. I never received an apology from Erica either so I definitely do not recommend as service left to be desired for especially toward a loyal customer.
