I always wait until the last minute to get these done and pay for my tags, so I was super appreciative that this location is open 7 days a week and they open at 7 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. This is just what I needed for this Sunday as other smog places open at 9 a.m. or later. Seen great reviews & I needed smog check today. I pulled up around 9a & i was greeted by Josh. Great customer services, & it was easy process. Once I pulled up Josh was finishing up another customer. The vibe is cool, just small little kiosk building outside next to car wash. I like how they got chairs & you can wait whole your car is being smog. This is always my go to place for a smog so was happy to find a Groupon to save a lil as a single mom every penny counts. However when I went to pay with it the gentleman who was working had no idea about Groupons and wanted to charge me. Then said well I will keep it and once I hear from boss you will have to drive back and pick it up if can use it. So definitely wasn't happy that I had to make a special trip back. Super fast and great service. The business website says they honor "most" competitors coupons; however, when we presented a competitor's coupon it was not accepted. The technician said that they only do the $4 off in-store deal. Do waste you time going anywhere else. First time coming to this smog shop and I'll definitely be bringing by business back here for future smog testing. We've all been to a smog testing place where the tech comes off a bit sketchy or has zero personality. Not this place. So I went there there do get a smog and they lied to me! They told me their machine was broken down, after waiting and watching a car just finished getting smog test!! After waiting I get lied to! So I decided to leave a bad review. I leave way more good reviews than bad by a long shot!. When I pulled in and I waited for the other car to finish being smogged. Was especially nice as I had gone to a different place and they had said my car didn't need to be smogged, when the dmv stated it did. They also offered to register my car right then are there. 5 stars for very quick and easy smog check service AND it was one of the only smog check place that was open on Sundays. It only took about 5 minutes then I was already on my way. The guy asked if I wanted to go inside or stay in the car, and I said I'd like to stay in the car. He did his thing, check the car, and gave me a blue paper stating my car passed the smog check. I asked what paperwork I needed to register my car, and he was very helpful when he told me that all I needed to bring to the DMV was that blue paper, a Nevada car insurance and do the VIN inspection, which was across the parking lot if you go to the DMV Henderson location. He advised to go do the VIN inspection before you go in for your DMV appointment. I recommend going here if you want a quick and smooth service read more
