I always wait until the last minute to get these done and pay for my tags, so I was super appreciative that this location is open 7 days a week and they open at 7 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. This is just what I needed for this Sunday as other smog places open at 9 a.m. or later. Service was quick and efficient. In and out in about 10 minutes if that. Did see some candy and snacks and a nice little sitting area. The vibe is cool, just small little kiosk building outside next to car wash. I like how they got chairs & you can wait whole your car is being smog. Super fast and great service. The business website says they honor "most" competitors coupons; however, when we presented a competitor's coupon it was not accepted. The technician said that they only do the $4 off in-store deal. called the shop and sounded like they were busy because I asked if I could come in at the time of the call, the kid pauses then says yes, I asked where exactly they were and he said google it. ok I get there and he's asleep feet up no one else there and a hand written note outside asking for tips. so I knock on the glass he wakes up no greeting nothing just turn on your car, ok he plugs the computer in a couple minutes later done. how do you want to pay cash or card. This is always my go to place for a smog so was happy to find a Groupon to save a lil as a single mom every penny counts. However when I went to pay with it the gentleman who was working had no idea about Groupons and wanted to charge me. Then said well I will keep it and once I hear from boss you will have to drive back and pick it up if can use it. So definitely wasn't happy that I had to make a special trip back. Do waste you time going anywhere else. First time coming to this smog shop and I'll definitely be bringing by business back here for future smog testing. We've all been to a smog testing place where the tech comes off a bit sketchy or has zero personality. Not this place. So I went there there do get a smog and they lied to me! They told me their machine was broken down, after waiting and watching a car just finished getting smog test!! After waiting I get lied to! So I decided to leave a bad review. I leave way more good reviews than bad by a long shot!. When I pulled in and I waited for the other car to finish being smogged. Then the smog person told me the machine just broken down. Tell s me I should find another hobby!! Really who says that? Here is the reply, the owner Ronnie sent me.
