It's very user friendly, and I'm easily able to schedule appointments. The technicians and doctors are great with children, and always have little prizes and balloons for the younger children. My daughter is older and she still loves the price machine. With all the work she's had done on her teeth, the dentist has been extremely helpful in a treatment plan since her teeth are more susceptible to staining, and they always do an excellent job during cleanings. There's one service she still needs, and the office was able to go over pricing with me. I can easily get her in sooner since they accept Care Credit, but I'm opting to wait for a specific date so I don't have to fiddle with credit cards. If you live here in Maricopa, this office is worth a visit. They also take AHCCCS as well.

I was required to travel out of town for an urgent situation and was only able to provide 24 hours' notice. When I called to cancel and explained the circumstances, I was informed that their policy requires 48 hours' notice for cancellations and that I would be charged a $50 fee. While I understand the importance of office policies, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and understanding for a genuine emergency situation. Customer service and compassion should be considered when handling unforeseen circumstances.
