False advertisement. "We guarantee your satisfaction".... False. This company advertised a book of wash coupons at a location, which I purchased, and then closed the location less than a week later. All other locations are greater than 1 hour drive away. I called the Braintree location (I was told regional headquarters) and was told that all sales are final... basically tough luck. Satisfaction definitely not guaranteed. Pretty shady business. read more

This is my 2nd time coming to this car wash and both experiences were not worth the cost. First back in September after returning from a trip to VT and wanting to get the squished bugs off my windshield and front hood, they were still there after getting the $15 deluxe package, this most recent time I purchased the $12 wheel deal, and when I looked at my car as soon as I pulled in my driveway (I live about 5 minutes from the car wash) I noticed that most of my car was clean but the front grill was still filthy. I immediately went to another car wash and paid again to get it cleaned. The vacuums at this place also have minimal suction and do not work that well. I will not be returning. read more

This car wash is the absolute worst. Went the on 02/20/2022 (Sunday) to run my wrangler through to get the salt off. I could hear noises and knew there was an issue while going through the wash. Upon inspection after going through I saw my passenger side tail light was ripped off. Spoke with Rick M and he filled out an incident report after retrieving the casing and lens from the wash. He had me take a picture of the report on my phone as proof and told me somebody would contact me no later than than the following Tuesday. As of 03/02/2022 I have not heard from anybody. Old rundown dirty looking car wash with terrible customer service. I strongly recommend you go somewhere else. read more

As a business owner, I really don't like to leave bad reviews because I know how hard it is to run a business. When this Super Shine was first renovated a few years ago it was great and I was here all the time. However, it has fallen into disrepair and I have been waiting for it to turn around. It just seems to get worse. In particular, I am speaking about the 24 hour self serve and touchless bays. The touchless wash is descent but is down to one bay from two and it is out of order frequently. I used the self service bay today and was quite disappointed. I basically spent $5 to get my car wet. The only services that worked were the high pressure wash and rinse. The foam brush did not work at all; just water came out. The same for the high pressure wax. The spot free rinse didn't come on at all, and neither did the tire and wheel cleaner. On top of all this, the place is in disrepair and dirty. There are too many other new options in the area and unfortunately I can't see myself returning. read more

This review is of the gas station that is part of the car wash. The Sunoco station across the street from the Braintree Police, just off of exit 17 (MA Rt. 3) The attendants are lazy and rude. When I pulled in during the morning rush hour, there was one other car at a pump. The hose was in the fillpipe - the customer had been waited on. There were 3 attendants in the booth. I sat there for 5 minutes and no one approached me, even though I was in clar site of the booth. I finally go out of the car to fill my own tank. They shut down all of the pumps! The attendant finally came over to my car and told me I'd have to wait while he waited on other customers. I know being a gas station attendant is not a great job, but the lack of respect and rudness was surprising. This is the closest gas station to my house, but I will drive miles out of my way to give my money to another business. If you are in the area and need gas, the Shell on Washington St. is self-serve and the people behind the counter are normal. read more

This gas station is a disaster. It looks so tempting because it's right there when you are doing your morning commute, but it's really a time suck. The first time I went here, I pumped my own gas- which I normally don't care about but it's full service. The second time I went at about 6:45 am, and he said they were out of gas. -What!?! I made the mistake and went there again at 6:55am and the guy said they were changing shifts and I had to wait 15 minutes. Seriously?! Save yourself the aggravation and don't go here! read more

These guys are great. It's a family owned business built from the ground up. A very passionate team that was very respectful. Great service. They fixed their machines and hire new people everyday. Their machines are great now supposed to last year or 2 years ago and I would go back!!! read more

I received some of the worst customer service here. It was my first time at this gas station, as I am new to the area. I saw the advertised price from the highway and liked it, so I pulled in. After the attendant put the pump in and started pumping then walked away, I noticed it was 20 cents higher. He was out of eyesight, and I couldn't get his attention. He didn't come back until minutes after it stopped pumping automatically because my tank was full, with 11 gallons of their gasoline. I then asked why the amount was higher than the advertised price. He explained it was the concierge pumps, and from there he would get me cigarettes or put air in my tires. I explained to him that I don't smoke, nor do I drive on under inflated tires and I wanted the extra amount removed from my total. He couldn't do that, so he got the manager. The manager came out and told me "that's how shit goes 'round here." I then payed the amount and left because I didn't want to go to jail for 2$. I did end up contacting corporate at Citgo and I had to contact them multiple times to get the guy who owns it to refund me my money. They did, and gave me a free car wash (which I collected in Weymouth and was quite satisfied by). I will not do business with them again and I recommend you don't either. read more

I had a terrible experience at the self-service laser wash. Machines are broken. Wasted $12. So, I'm not the sort to leave nasty comments in a public space. I decided to call and leave a message for them at their listed number: 781-848-7545. No answer, no ability to leave a message, eventually got the disconnected message. So, I decided to email to let them know personally about my poor experience. A-HA! There is no ability to leave feedback at either one of their email addresses: mjgardnerjr@supershineautowash.com and //unionstmgnt@aol.com both bounce back with "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently". Oh, but of course I can conduct commerce at their website and buy a book of wash tickets, et. al., in order to facilitate the ability to "don't just wash [my] car, Super Shine It". But, I cannot reach them via their email addresses or their main phone number. Ergo, here I am complaining publicly about not only my direct experience at the wash, but also the poor quality of their overall customer service in my reasonable attempts to resolve the matter. Review for the gas station which is part of the Super Shine Auto Wash Center - Place is a complete scam. They charge a different amount for gas depending on the pump. Today I pulled up to the first row of pumps and I was asked to move to the second row. I did think this was odd but I moved. The big lit up sign on the road says $2.25 a gallon for regular. I get my receipt and I was charged $2.45 a gallon. I then look at another pump and it says $2.35 a gallon. I ask to speak to a manager to get the difference back and he yelled at me and told me that's the price. I told him that he is scamming people and this is small town and that isn't right. The price of gas should be the same at all pumps and what is advertised on the lit up sign should be what you pay. He said that he has been doing this for 20 years and that is how he runs his gas station. I then looked up reviews online and many people are saying the same thing happened to them and how this gas station is a scam. I called the police department and they are going to go speak to the owner, RUSSELL, which was incredibly rude to me. I also called the Town Hall and will continue to call whoever I need to to get this scam stopped. It is awful, this gas station is stealing from the town of Braintree. Do not use them! read more
