UPDATE: I left a message for the manager on Friday didn't hear anything, I called back on Monday. Nathan told me I could file a claim under warranty for my license plate, a little bending fixed the license plate so a warranty claim wasn't necessary on my part. I was told, the car wash does an automatic pre-wash so if it doesn't do a good enough job, I should've just driven through again. To summarize: if you go through Tommy's car wash get out inspect your car before you leave the property; just in case you need to go through again for a dirty car. If you have any issues, don't expect an apology or to get your money back for another wash, if it's been several days as in my case. Lesson Learned. Too bad zero stars isn't possible! Too many local car wash's to choose from.
