We had been to 3 other places who did not have the size tire we needed for our Scat Pack Charger. The 3 places we checked even tried to find what we needed at a shop in a neighboring town. When they couldn't they recommended us to go here. The 2 guys at the front desk couldn't care less about helping us. They said they had 2 walk ins and didn't even bother trying to see if they had the tires in stock. It was 1:30pm. We left and went to a shop of similar size. We told him about this shop and he chuckled and said he has taken up to 20 walk ins before. Go figure. I'll leave a positive review for the other shops just for making an effort to help us. Coming from Vegas I could imagine that lack of effort, but a small town... very disappointing. I'd give my business to another shop.

I was referred to Garret Tires and Treads by another local business. I was blown away by the entire staff's willingness to help me as I am from out of state. They indicated they may be able to fix it in one day---maybe 2. As I waited, I am terrible with names but the woman who helped me when I called in went out and brought me lunch. Then---as I tried to figure out what I was going to do if my truck was not finished, I walked out of the waiting room and my truck was done. Talk about an incredible answer to prayer. I cannot express my thankfulness for the hospitality from everyone at this store. You went above and beyond to help me and I will be on my way to Texas in the morning. My small old dog quickly became distressed by the heat (panting, lethargic, vomiting) that I was terrified she wouldn't make it home to Chicago. Thank GOD for Lonny and his team! We were taken in quickly and back on the road with an air conditioned car in less than hour! I am so thankful that today did not end up being one of the worst days of our lives, and we are so very grateful for their kindness and efficiency.

Fantastic experience. Our windshield wiper fluid froze driving cross country, and I called them as…read moresoon as they opened to ask if they could help or had advice. We could bring the car right in to park in their garage until the fluid defrosted; no waiting and they gave me a ride right back to my hotel. Very kind considering nobody knew how long my car would be taking up space in their shop, slowly defrosting. Took a couple hours to defrost and they had to do a bit of problem solving; they also noticed a headlight was out and replaced that too per my request. Very friendly and excellent communicators the whole way. Was on the road again at lunchtime for under $100. Great crew, highly recommend them! Thank you Lonny and Mick if you're reading this!

This place! I was traveling from MN to CO when my van broke down... To start this review off from…read morethe beginning....the tow truck driver was super awesome and friendly! He called everywhere for the next city up to keep me headed in the right direction. When no one else would take my van that day, he brought me to his repair shop. He was communicative and easy to chat up on the drive there as well. After being there a while I could tell they had plenty on their plate that day. And let's just say my van wasn't exactly a walk in the park... but they still managed to help me and with incredible customer service I might add. Not only that but the repairs didn't break the bank! I had my pup with me and everyone was really welcoming and even gave my dog some food while we waited. :) I hands down recommend this place not only for their work but for being a trust worthy, honest and caring business. Absolutely disgusting!!!! The fact this selfish company gives an ETA of 30 minutes over 3+ hours…read moreago. The rude service provider didn't communicate or anything. The guy on the phone who calls me 3 hours later states "I guess everybody before me with this company passed the buck and dropped the ball so I'll be there in 1.5 hours". The pure unreliable, poor customer service, and selfish actions deserves 0 stars. I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life. What a terrible company and the pure disrespect to a customer is unacceptable. I don't even care to read a response or hear an excuse. Take accountability and fix your business. BE WARNED!!!! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE AND SAD. PS: UHaul even contacted the Business Owners and is leaving a terrible review as well because they even admitted they are embarrassed to have contacted and trusted this company and let them keep me stranded for 3+ hours on a highway right near their business with no communication and absolutely horrendous service.
