Prompt friendly and fast. Can't beat the service here. Highly recommended very friendly staff

Mike is a G. HIGHLY RECOMMEND . So kind and professional. Trust your car with Mike. I give him FIVE STARS.

Traveling out of state and ran into some issues due to a botched oil change in my hometown . Jared told me not to worry they were happy to take a look at things for me. Mike took his time checking my vehicle over and reassured me I was good to go for the remainder of my trip. While waiting, customers were raving about what a wonderful establishment this is. I couldn't agree more! Kind, compassionate, courteous and thorough! I will definitely stop in again the next time I am in town! Highly recommend!!! Thanks again for helping me out when I was traveling alone and far from home!! read more

Jared and his team were friendly, professional and fast! I stopped in on my lunch break and was in and out in a Jiffy ;) I will definitely be back. Phenomenal service! read more

Jared had us in and out efficiently. Pleasant to work with. Cost slightly more but worth it in time saved.

5 star service! Both of the men working were extremely friendly and helpful. We are on a road trip and completely forgot to get an oil change before heading out and they had us covered! No wait around lunch time on a Thursday which was great. read more

Everyone is always super nice and friendly! I have never had any problems there and would recommend them to any of my friends.

I was in Kearney for a few days to take in the Sandhill Crane migration, and both tail lights went out at once. I pulled into Jiffy Lube to see if they by chance could have a look. A three-man team went right to work, thoroughly checking my bulbs and fuses and replacing the bulbs. For what it's worth, Subaru tail lights aren't the easiest to get to. The trio spent close to 40 minutes troubleshooting the tail light problem. Turned out to be more complicated than they could solve that afternoon, and I had to keep moving, so I thanked them for trying and attempted to pay for the considerable time spent determining it wasn't the bulbs or fuse. "No charge," the boss said. What? No way! But he said, "That's right. No charge. Enjoy the Sandhill Cranes." Wow, huh? read more

So fast and wonderful service. The workers were extremely understanding and kind! Definitely recommend!

This is my favorite place to get my oil changed. They are efficient, quick, and very friendly people.

Don't take your car to these guys unless you want to be in the shop every week trying to figure out what they did to your car.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but this place was a disaster. They completely forgot to re-attach the undercarriage of my car so I had to drive through the streets of Kearney with my flashers on to get back and have them fix it. Once back I waited another 30 minutes for them to fix it. Completely unacceptable. read more

Busy today, very. In for oil change and tires rotated. My others options were busy for a week or two. These folks took me right away no hesitation. Great people here. read more

They charge you outta your ass. Went in for an oil change and had to pay 84 dollars!! Never will go here again.

I stopped in off of I-80 to get a quick oil change. They were very efficient, and all of the gentlemen working were very friendly as well! I would definitely recommend stopping here for an oil change in the Kearney area. read more

Our maintenance light turned on during our cross country trip. To get peace of mind we quickly stopped here in the morning and the guys there were kind and did not mind ya stopping by. They quickly reset the light and reassured us it was just the oil light. They said if it turned back on they would run a test to see if anything else was wrong. We really appreciate them taking the time to quickly help us along our way! Would definitely recommend them. read more

Last October, while on a long haul trip by myself, I spent the night in Kearney. Unfortunately, when I got ready to leave in the morning a warning light in my Porsche Boxster insisted that the car needed coolant. I pulled into this Jiffy Lube shop to see if they could help me out. All of the mechanics were so friendly and helpful. I think they mainly enjoyed checking out my car; they said they didn't see many Boxsters in their shop. Regardless, they quickly took care of my coolant problem and for NO CHARGE. I was so grateful that they were able to take care of my problem so quickly. And they didn't take advantage of a lone woman with car problems...which can happen all too frequently. Thanks guys!! read more

They offered such kind service and the workers are so considerate! They did a great job, i have no complaints. They were nice enough to check my car and change the oil within minutes of close. Happy with overall experience. Will keep coming back! read more

Scott and the crew were outstanding. Wasn't really sure about anything other than a dealer being brand new but went above and beyond my expectations. Fast, informative and courteous. I'm a new customer! read more

This place is great. They went above and beyond what they are expected to do. I was passing through and needed work on my truck. They did everything they could to get me going again. I really appreciate it. Thanks read more

I am totally and completely pleased with the customer service I received today (8/5/19) at the Kearney Jiffy Lube. I stopped by completely unannounced, and was treated SO pleasantly from the time I pulled up to the time I left (which was maybe a half an hour, total). They were busy, and still managed to not only accomplish what I came there for, but alerted me to an issue that needed my attention, and FIXED that issue in under 30 minutes, even with a line of customers. The manager knows his stuff, and was a pleasure to do business with, as were the other employees. I will most definitely be back, and will refer everyone to this location. Awesome work, guys! read more

I've been coming to jiffy lube for regular maintenance for 2 years and I've been treated with the utmost respect every time. I needed a battery today and they made sure I got the best deal for the best price. Friendly, personable, and fast. They ever went above and beyond by making sure I understood what they were doing, while they were doing it. Other places have just reported back to me with a higher price than I anticipated with little to no explanation. These are my guys for sure! read more

Best service we've EVER had at a Jiffy Lube and we've had a lot of opportunities to provide a review of one. This team rocks it all .... courteous, respectful, fast, and a clean restroom to boot! Great job Kearney team!! read more

Very friendly staff. No wait line and oil change was done in 15 min! They even fixed our tail light w no charge! I would definitely recommend service here! read more

Great service!!! Quick and very professional !! Thanks to Joe and other employees who got me in and out within thirty minutes.

Very friendly and informative staff. Came in for an oil change, and didn't have to wait to be helped a minute. They are on top of things here! They recommended best choices for me, that even saved me money! Came in at 1:05 and was driving away by 1:25. Definitely will come back for my next oil change! Definitely would recommend! read more

I recently went to this Jiffy Lube. I have a 2019 Honda with less than 10,000 miles on it. After a 20 minute wait they told me it would cost $150 to change my oil and that Honda recommends changing the oil in the rear differential at 7,500 miles (which is a lie), which would cost another $100. They also tried selling me a new air filter. I don't mind paying a premium for convenience, but I don't like to be exploited. I took my business elsewhere. read more

Quick service and so friendly. Stopped in on a road trip from Ohio to Nevada for an oil change. We stopped into two other oil change locations in town that could not get us on and were not friendly. If I lived in town this is where I would always go! read more

Jiffy Lube boned us hard. My friends and I were driving from Omaha to Denver and my friend's battery light came on. So we took it to the nearest auto-repair store which happened to be jiffy lube. They told us everything was fine so we headed out and then in bumfuck nowhere the alternator died. They have no idea what they are talking about and are inept. Fuck jiffy lube. read more

I have been with jiffy lube for a couple of years now and have never had such outstanding service from the guys working there. The manager mike was very helpful and explained everything to us. Because of this service i will be staying with jiffy lube for as long as I have a car. read more

Broke down in Nebraska, 500 miles away from home. Kearney did not have the part for our BMW, however, Lane and John were incredibly helpful in finding a part that would get us back on he road only an hour behind schedule. They were some really nice men who really saved our ass! Thanks a million!! read more

We just got our oil changed. They did a fantastic job, pleasant and prompt. We especially appreciated Mike's help and advice.

I stopped in without an appointment and they changed my oil, vacuumed my car, washed the windows, checked the fluids and noticed a crack in my serpentine belt. I was in and out in 35 minutes. The guys were great and they made sure I didn't end up on the side of the road! read more
