I was in Kearney for a few days to take in the Sandhill Crane migration, and both tail lights went out at once. I pulled into Jiffy Lube to see if they by chance could have a look. A three-man team went right to work, thoroughly checking my bulbs and fuses and replacing the bulbs. For what it's worth, Subaru tail lights aren't the easiest to get to. The trio spent close to 40 minutes troubleshooting the tail light problem. Turned out to be more complicated than they could solve that afternoon, and I had to keep moving, so I thanked them for trying and attempted to pay for the considerable time spent determining it wasn't the bulbs or fuse. "No charge," the boss said. What? No way! But he said, "That's right. No charge. Enjoy the Sandhill Cranes." Wow, huh? read more

This is my favorite place to get my oil changed. They are efficient, quick, and very friendly people.

Don't take your car to these guys unless you want to be in the shop every week trying to figure out what they did to your car.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but this place was a disaster. They completely forgot to re-attach the undercarriage of my car so I had to drive through the streets of Kearney with my flashers on to get back and have them fix it. Once back I waited another 30 minutes for them to fix it. Completely unacceptable. read more

Our maintenance light turned on during our cross country trip. To get peace of mind we quickly stopped here in the morning and the guys there were kind and did not mind ya stopping by. They quickly reset the light and reassured us it was just the oil light. They said if it turned back on they would run a test to see if anything else was wrong. Last October, while on a long haul trip by myself, I spent the night in Kearney. Unfortunately, when I got ready to leave in the morning a warning light in my Porsche Boxster insisted that the car needed coolant. I pulled into this Jiffy Lube shop to see if they could help me out. All of the mechanics were so friendly and helpful. I think they mainly enjoyed checking out my car; they said they didn't see many Boxsters in their shop. Regardless, they quickly took care of my coolant problem and for NO CHARGE. I was so grateful that they were able to take care of my problem so quickly. And they didn't take advantage of a lone woman with car problems...which can happen all too frequently. I am totally and completely pleased with the customer service I received today (8/5/19) at the Kearney Jiffy Lube. I stopped by completely unannounced, and was treated SO pleasantly from the time I pulled up to the time I left (which was maybe a half an hour, total). They were busy, and still managed to not only accomplish what I came there for, but alerted me to an issue that needed my attention, and FIXED that issue in under 30 minutes, even with a line of customers. The manager knows his stuff, and was a pleasure to do business with, as were the other employees. I will most definitely be back, and will refer everyone to this location. I recently went to this Jiffy Lube. I have a 2019 Honda with less than 10,000 miles on it. After a 20 minute wait they told me it would cost $150 to change my oil and that Honda recommends changing the oil in the rear differential at 7,500 miles (which is a lie), which would cost another $100. They also tried selling me a new air filter. I don't mind paying a premium for convenience, but I don't like to be exploited. I took my business elsewhere. read more

Jiffy Lube boned us hard. My friends and I were driving from Omaha to Denver and my friend's battery light came on. So we took it to the nearest auto-repair store which happened to be jiffy lube. They told us everything was fine so we headed out and then in bumfuck nowhere the alternator died. They have no idea what they are talking about and are inept. Fuck jiffy lube. read more
