They went over and beyond to help us get time slots together. They also accepted the yelp discount even though we booked over the phone. When we were at the spa, they made us tea, and brought us out champagne afterwards on the terrace while we relaxed. They were so kind and accommodating! I had a hydra-facial with Haulina and oh my gosh, it was honestly the best facial i've ever had. She was also sooooo sweet, personable, and knowledgable. She gave me so many tips and knowledge about my skin and recommended products. She was absolutely amazing and I will only go to her for facials now! My sister had a hydrafacial with tanya and my mom had a swedish massage with Lisa, both LOVED their services. They both raved about Lisa and Tanya. My mom used to manage a luxury spa and she said her massage with Lisa was better than any massage she had ever gotten at her previous luxury spa that charged double the price. The prices are super fair and way less than other spas. For the amazing services we got, the price is absolutely worth it! We can't wait to come back :)

The consistency of the monthly facials truly made a noticeable difference. I was never complimented on my skin until I started going here. It was a very calm and relaxing experience and was a must-have for my wedding, and it really paid off doing it. The reason this is only getting 3 stars is because of my second facial. I went in just for a normal facial with no additions. I get to check out, and there are 2 additions to my facial (+$120 on top of facial). I never added it. So I'm just a bit annoyed about it and I don't think I'll come back due to that since I was never told I was gonna be given these extras nor did the lady doing my facial ask me if I would want them done/why she would recommend them. They just did it and charged me.

I was lucky to connect with Ashley, who happened to be between clients at the front desk--and I'm so glad I did. She is an outstanding nurse practitioner and has truly transformed my skin. I came in with concerns about pigmentation from years of sun exposure, age spots, and possible melasma related to hormonal changes. Ashley took the time to listen, explain my options, and recommend a thoughtful, personalized approach. My goal was to achieve clearer, healthier skin so I could wear less makeup as I age--and she completely understood that "less is more," especially as makeup can settle into fine lines over time. I felt confident, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the process. While I initially wanted fast results, she thoughtfully explained that great skin is an investment and a process--and that approach made all the difference. She wants you to be 100% satisfied with the results. My skin looks incredible, and I only regret not doing this sooner. Ashley genuinely cares about her clients and their results, and she is now my go‑to for all my aesthetic needs.

The front desk staff were kind and friendly, offered me a beverage right away, and made me feel comfortable immediately. As a guy coming in for my first facial ever, that really meant a lot and set the tone for the whole visit. My facial was with Sarah Comas, and she was fantastic. She spent time doing a thorough consultation, asked great questions, and walked me through a proper skincare routine that actually made sense for my skin. She was friendly, educational, and checked in throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions and she answered every single one patiently and clearly. I genuinely learned a lot during the appointment. The facial itself was relaxing but also felt purposeful not just a "feel good" treatment. I left feeling refreshed, informed, and confident about how to care for my skin moving forward. (Theres so much haha!) Overall, SkinSpirit is clean, professional, and welcoming, and Sarah and the entire staff made the experience outstanding. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone.
