She was so patient and understanding with all the questions I asked. My sister and I looked absolutely stunning on my wedding day. Ashley even made sure to ask me if I had eaten and warned me once we put lipstick on it will be nonstop after that moment. I would lastly like to say that at one point my sisters eye got watery (not because of product but from a childhood injury), and Ashley was so kind and told her they were going to take a break and do my makeup in the meantime. She made sure to check in on my sister and see how her eye was doing and even offered to make adjustments. Over all she absolutely nailed our hair and makeup. I was nervous about doing more chemical work, but the moment I sat in the chair, I felt completely at ease. My stylist, Bonnie, was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to listen to my hair history, and created a plan that not only restored the health of my hair but completely transformed the look. My hair was very uneven and two-toned. Now it's a flawless, bright, blended blonde with no patchiness or damage. The bleaching process was gentle but effective, and my stylist used techniques that left my hair feeling stronger than before. The extensions? GAME. CHANGER. They're seamless, soft, and perfectly color-matched. You literally cannot tell where my hair ends and the extensions begin. The length and volume make me feel like a brand-new person, and the installation was so comfortable and precise. No slipping, no tugging--just perfection. This was hands-down the best hair experience I've ever had. I left the salon feeling like a million bucks--my hair has never looked this good, and I get compliments daily. If you're thinking about a major hair makeover, whether it's color correction, bleach work, or extensions--do it and don't go anywhere else. Highly recommend

Non-traditional future bride here!…read more I found Vanity Belle on Yelp. I booked my Bridal preview, which is basically a trial for the wedding. I paid $200 for the trial makeup for hair and makeup. I'm not a traditional bride by any means. I asked for bold, gothic makeup. Which I know, most brides go for natural makeup. I wanted smokey eyes and bold, wine lips. And a flawless, porcelain face. Basically, vampire makeup lol the airbrush makeup really took my interest as well. The shop is laidback, and all of the artists make you feel comfortable. Taylor was my artist. She was very friendly and listened to what I wanted. I asked for goth glam and she delivered. The makeup and hair both came out great. She did airbrush makeup and that was really fun to try out! Wedding day makeup and hair will be $450 on top of the $200 for the trial.

DISCLAIMER - This is from a makeup trial in 2020 and wedding in 2021…read more It took me time to get the courage to write this review, because Crystal seems like such a sweet person. However, I don't want anyone else to have an experience similar to mine. First off, I think her makeup skills are amazing and loved her makeup work. She took into consideration my photographer's editing style and how the makeup would show up in the photos. She's also a bubbly person that was very easy to talk to. Makeup Trial in 2020: Makeup turned out great in the photos. It took me a bit to get comfortable with how it looked in person, because I wasn't used to wearing much makeup, but she talked me through everything and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. The makeup still looked great at the end of the night though too - and this is after doing an ocean-side photoshoot. The cons: - She ran 5-10 minutes behind schedule and the trial ended up taking longer than expected due to struggles with my hair; so I had to rush to make it to my engagement shoot. However, I did appreciate how Crystal still took the time to listen and try to correct things. - My hair - I wanted a half up, half down w/ curls hairstyle. In a call beforehand, I had explained to her how my hair has a difficult time keeping curls and that I usually can only get a hold with a straightener. I can't remember if she used a curling wand or a curling iron, but the curls were already falling flat during the trial. By the time of the photo shoot, my hair was lightly wavy. By the end, it got pretty flat. She did offer a discounted retrial to try another technique to see if my hair would hold better. I didn't end up doing a retrial since I had to reschedule my wedding. (Rescheduled) Wedding Day in 2021: I had booked Crystal for makeup for my wedding for myself and my mom. The days beforehand, she mentioned how she was getting vaccinated. Skip forward to the morning of my wedding. I wake up a little over 2 hours before our appointment time, and I notice a text from Crystal that was sent less than 6 hours before our appointment. She says she's so sorry, she's been having chills and nausea and that she's unsure if she can cover and she's reached out to her immediate artists. I don't hear from her again until 1.5 hours before our appointment, she confirms that none of her artists have reached back out to her yet. I'm not sure, but it seems that she became symptomatic because of the vaccination. At that time, it was known that people get side effects from vaccinations, so I thought it was unprofessional to schedule a vaccination right before a booking. It also did not help that Crystal was unable to find a replacement. It was such a stressful morning... In the end, luckily my friend found someone else available to do my makeup and my mom went to a salon.
