He stated they were backed up but they were working on a dog in back to add insult to injury the person who came in behind me initially was picking up her dog. No excuse could be given to me why my dog was still in the cage not started since I purposely made her the first appointment of the day. She took the time to really listen, asked thoughtful follow up questions, and made sure we were completely aligned before starting. That level of communication is rare and it immediately put me at ease. What stood out the most was how gentle and patient she was with Capri. You can tell she genuinely cares and handles dogs with intention, not just routine. Capri's blowout is flawless. Her coat is soft, silky, and perfectly fluffy. This is the best she has ever looked. The only change was no more delivery so my son had to haul over to Fort Hamilton Pkwy to pickup the cake -- which was a quick 10 minute walk from the subway.
