Signed contract and paid a big deposit. * July 2026. Waited 8 weeks for retainers for both my kids... which never arrived! They take 2-3 weeks for all other orthodontists. Dr Bita blamed Fed Ex! Staff was rude and belligerent including Dr Bita when I refused to accept delayed treatment. Apparently this is done to everyone btw. * Was sent to an oral surgeon referred by Dr Bita who said my son didn't need surgery for a few years. Went to a 2nd ortho and 2nd oral surgeon who showed me my son needed urgent surgery as his impacted tooth had penetrated his jaw bone! Ultimately Dr Bita didn't want my son to have surgery to interfere with her money grab! Absolute dental malpractice. * Parents, please listen to all the Dr Bita horror stories from families and friends. One child was left with an expander in her mouth for about 12 months a fellow mom told me! BTW she gives every child an expander whether they need it or not (both other orthos we consulted with actually disagreed on expanders for my kids). One plan fits all here. No custom treatment. I guess all children have the same teeth and jaw.. *Lastly please for the best interest of your children visit another orthodontist with a solid reputation. The amount of dental malpractice cases in astonishing in California I have since learned. This is a warning from one warrior parent to others! The complaints about her are endless. Just ask around! The amazing team upfront were very sweet and patient with me for not having been at the office in over 10 years. They did a free consultation with digital imaging to show what we could go forward with treatment wise. Shoutout to Anastasia because she could tell I was nervous and really warmed me up to her! I was expecting to have to spend hundreds of dollars. Rather, they were able to fix my retainers. Make some tweaks and good as new. They were so kind and the whole staff was very pleasant. When I went to pay, they didn't change me anything. Even though I told them they weren't the ones who originally made my retainers nor have I ever spent a penny with them. They insisted and said it was no problem. I love a Dr. who puts service over profit and because of that I will now refer everyone to Snow Orthodontics.

I have brought up concerns that my bite didn't feel even and only one side of my teeth were touching when I bite down. All they really did was look at my smile and doubted it, but did nothing else to really look further into it. My treatment took a little bit longer than expected, and I felt like I was being rushed to complete it. Later on, I experienced major tooth pain from the side where my upper and bottom teeth touch. Fast forward to now, I went to a new orthodontist office and they showed me a digital replica of my teeth. They confirmed that I was only able to bite down on one side and my new bite was causing tooth pain. I also still had an over jet and alignment issues. so on top of the thousands I paid at Snow in 2020, now I have to pay $6000 at another place just to get my teeth away that I wanted. The two stars is just for the kind receptionists but I felt like I wasted so much time and money here.

Dr.Molayem is extremely knowledgeable and the most gentle Orthodontist! My treatment lasted around 2.5 yrs (I missed some appointments) During that time, the pain was always manageable and on the mild side.
