Saying he had 2 trucks in the back and he wasn't stopping to come and address the customer's complaint. Meanwhile, another male employee, Charles, laughed and thought the situation was funny to the point he left his self checkout registers he was monitoring, to walk to the other end of the store to stand and watch. (SMH) Now, words can be exchanged, threats can be made, I'm not saying any of this is acceptable. I am saying, however please don't snap photos of people for no reason or probably to post on your social media. You never know how someone will react, plus that's weird! It's too much going on in the world today for foolishness like that. Always be nice, you never know what someone's going through.

The other two experiences were average or poor - extended wait times, very rude/unfriendly staff and they did not have my items even though it showed that they did and they were ready. Of course with all Walmarts there are never enough lanes open and you never know who you will run into but this one is on the higher end. It is super close to my house and affordable - you really cannot top that when trying to grab some last minute groceries for a BBQ.

I had an awesome experience from beginning to end. I was greeted by Brooklyn with a kind smile and welcome and given some direction as to where I needed to go. I was then kindly greeted by Mannie, Mgr and was connected with Norman; who took it from there and made sure that my needs were taken care of. I was in and out in very little time. Each one of the above individuals mentioned, was very customer focused; kind and went over and above and made me feel like such a part of the Walmart family. I drive here from Mansfield because it's so much nicer, bigger, cleaner, and friendly. I've almost always been able to find what I needed. When no one had Christmas PJs, I found them here. When no one had any nice Christmas trees left, they had a nice selection with several options. Granted, I haven't used curbside pickup here. As far as pricing goes, it's like any other Walmart. There's a subway inside, too. I'll keep coming to this location. It's the nicest and cleanest one around.
