I tried to have a prescription transferred from the nearby (1 block away) Walgreens pharmacy in the same city. The pharmacist (David) said that he couldn't look up their telephone number (even though it's already in their system) and I would have to call him with accurate info. I told him I was driving and asked if he could look it up. This is the same thing most physician's offices do without difficulty if they were missing information, but apparently it was above his title to perform or delegate this common task. I hope this says more about this professional than it does about the store, but after seeing other reviews, I'm uncertain.
