There was a couple of folks in line ahead of me, so I perused the chalk board menu while waiting. They had some elote, lots of fresh fruit items (cocktails, a few things I didn't recognize and can't recall how to spell and some fruit and yogurt type things), chips, and a crazy collection of various items. The board said the menu was a "Soft Opening" menu. So what they end up having as their regular items should be expanded I'm sure. Took about 7-8 minutes to get a "fresca-n-crema" and a fruit cocktail (I selected strawberries and oranges). Nicely presented items, all cut fresh in front of you. They also had some Mexican Coca-Cola and other Mexican drinks. The Coca-Cola was $2.75, so I passed. I like Mexican Coca-Cola but that seemed a little high. If they keep it clean and keep serving fresh items at fair prices, I think they will do fine. Midlothian can use such a place and I think the location is good for them.
