When I asked them why it was gonna cost that much they said it was because the part was a little more than they thought but was still around $600 for the part and couldn't tell me still why it was adding up to almost 3,000 dollars. I got a quote at Honda what it would be to fix my car and they gave me a quote for 1,000 for labor and part. Don't take your car here if you want to wait weeks on end and spend 2,000 dollars for labor.

Normally, they get you in in the order which you show up. Yesterday, however, they took 3 vehicles that came in after me and were in the left lane (no alternating patrons as normal). After more than an hour and a half (again, a simple state inspection) and the 6th vehicle to come in after me was in the left bay, my vehicle was finally ready. As I was paying, I asked the gentleman at the counter if they no longer alternated vehicles and he simply said, "I was just doing what I was told". Service here has been ok, and the owner was present yesterday with no concern for customers. Due to shoddy customer service, neither I, nor my family/friends/co-workers, etc., will be using them again.
