During my evaluation I told them I injured myself bike riding after surgery and the first thing they did was stick me on an exercise bike, which I got off of. Despite my better judgement I went back for another session. There was one therapist for six patients. The exercises they gave me caused a great deal of pain. I left and never went back. They never even called to ask me why.

Luckily we connected with Amy and she eased us into recognizing the support our son needed. From the very beginning, Amy has been informative, supportive, flexible, kind and effective. Amy has not only been good for our son but good for us as parents. She has given us many tips and lessons on the way we can play with our son to help him develop his skills and strength. Which is why we not only have used her as a therapist but have gone to her Playapy workshops. Our son has also been using her writing workbook. Just yesterday our nanny told me how much our son loves to do her workbook. He sees it as fun - we see it as a way to continue to help him achieve his best. He told me his wife runs the logistics, and she would call me to follow up about everything. A week went by, and I hadn't heard anything. I started to do the exercises he gave me, but still wanted to clarify some things. So I decided to call the contact number on the website. She answered sort of annoyed and confused as to why I was calling her. I tried to explain and ask some questions - but she sort of cut me off and didn't answer of them just asked when I wanted to book to come in. I told her, well let me do the exercises for a few weeks and then I will call back to book a follow up - Figuring I will just have to ask my questions when i see him. The exercises were helping, so I did call back, no answer, I left a voicemail, reminding her that we spoke before, and I just wanted to come back in. A week goes by, no response. Another week goes by. So the only other way to contact them is an email address, so I send an appointment request through there as well. And still a week goes by, nothing. I search and search for another way to contact them, there isn't one. A few more weeks go by and so I try again - called the number again, left a voicemail, again. Nothing. It is very disappointing, as I liked what Robert had to say and he did insist that I come back to see him and I was eager to, as the exercises had provided me with relief and I thought I finally had found a decent person to help with my chronic pain. It really is a shame and thus has led me to have to post this negative review.

My surgeon recommended this office to me as the best choice for a tough situation - once for a locked elbow following nerve surgery, and once for rehabilitation after a dog attack and subsequent surgery on my hand.
