I told her that before trusting a Dr. that will see me for 3-5 minutes, I wanted to see her. And truth is that Hoang NEVER misses her diagnosis. She goes straight to the point. This woman is very knowledgeable, professional, and flexible with her schedule. Her clinic is very centric and it is clean. Also, she checks after to see how her patients are doing. I've been coming here for several weeks to receive occupational therapy…read more The staff here is bilingual and will treat you in a caring way, from the receptionist to office people to the actual therapists. They quickly learn your name & help you in an efficient and kind manner. I've never had to wait for more than 3-5 minutes to see the therapist. The therapist I've been working with (Stephanie) is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, helpful and treats all of the patients (mostly elderly people) like family. My tenosynovitis (de Quervain's) has improved dramatically since I started here. My range of motion, strength & amount of pain has gotten so much better. Other patients there have told me they've had similar results from other types of injuries and conditions. Before coming here, I never thought my wrist would ever get better. My doctor recommended the therapy in order to avoid surgery. I was hesitant because I thought the place had a strange name. Never judge a book by its cover! I'm happy I was sent to this center because I'm getting better every day and when I come here, the smiling faces and positive attitude of the staff makes me (and the other patients, as far as I can tell) feel good on the inside too.
