My mom started going to FYZICAL for physical therapy and to help her with balance. Last week I took…read moreher there so I could see the place and meet her therapist. When we got there we took an elevator to the second floor. The gym appears to be clean and organized with modern equipment. I think they're fairly new at that location. Even though I'm not a patient they allowed me to stay with my mom. Her physical therapist was very nice and patient. She helped her with her exercises and instructed her on how to use the equipment. A problem at that location is parking. Traffic is usually heavy. They don't have a parking lot and there's limited on street parking. We were lucky to find a parking place close by.

After shoulder surgery in September 2025 to repair a torn rotator cuff and detached bicep, I was…read morefortunate enough to have Meghan Boudreaux and Michael Oscarson at Select Physical Therapy on 41st Street in Miami Beach guide my recovery -- and I cannot say enough good things about this exceptional team. Within a week after surgery, they had my therapy protocol up and running. From day one, it was clear I was in the hands of professionals who are not only highly skilled, but also genuinely invested in their patients' outcomes. Smart, disciplined, thoughtful, and creative are the words that come to mind when I think of Meghan and Michael. What truly set them apart was the way they designed my program throughout the full four months of therapy. The exercises were always fresh, intentional, and engaging -- never repetitive or monotonous. I looked forward to every session because they kept me energized and motivated. More importantly, they kept me adequately free from pain and further injury throughout the entire process. As they taught me early on, discomfort during PT is part of the journey, but outright pain is not necessary to achieve great results. That philosophy made all the difference. By the time I "graduated" from therapy, my shoulder had reached full rotation and was strong, capable, and ready for everything life demands of it. That outcome is a direct reflection of Meghan and Michael's expertise, dedication, and the personalized care they put into every single session. If you are recovering from surgery or dealing with any physical challenge, do yourself a favor and choose Select Physical Therapy in Miami Beach. Ask for Meghan and Michael -- they are simply the best!

I thought Robert was nice and very informative, he came up with some things I had not been told…read morebefore and gave me exercises to do. He was giving me a lot of information quickly and we were starting to run over time although I still had some questions. He told me his wife runs the logistics, and she would call me to follow up about everything. A week went by, and I hadn't heard anything. I started to do the exercises he gave me, but still wanted to clarify some things. So I decided to call the contact number on the website. She answered sort of annoyed and confused as to why I was calling her. I tried to explain and ask some questions - but she sort of cut me off and didn't answer of them just asked when I wanted to book to come in. I told her, well let me do the exercises for a few weeks and then I will call back to book a follow up - Figuring I will just have to ask my questions when i see him. The exercises were helping, so I did call back, no answer, I left a voicemail, reminding her that we spoke before, and I just wanted to come back in. A week goes by, no response. Another week goes by. So the only other way to contact them is an email address, so I send an appointment request through there as well. And still a week goes by, nothing. I search and search for another way to contact them, there isn't one. A few more weeks go by and so I try again - called the number again, left a voicemail, again. Nothing. It is very disappointing, as I liked what Robert had to say and he did insist that I come back to see him and I was eager to, as the exercises had provided me with relief and I thought I finally had found a decent person to help with my chronic pain. It really is a shame and thus has led me to have to post this negative review.
