My husband regularly takes his dress clothes in for cleaning. I recently asked him to take a pair…read moreof my new black palazzo pants to be dry cleaned. He specifically pointed out to the person working the counter that the pants would have to be dry cleaned. When he picked up his cleaning, they couldn't find my pants. After two weeks of them "looking" for them, they say, "Oh, you must not have brought them in,. Check your car" "Have her check her closet." This is BS. I bought the pants in August for over $70 and have only worn them once. And now they relinquish all responsibility because they have no "record" of them and it's not their fault. They never give out claim tickets for items dropped off so how would they know. Taking my dry cleaning elsewhere from now on.

My dryer is broken and I have been coming in for the past few weeks to dry only. There is a sign…read morethat says preference is given to those who both wash and dry. I understand that...that is fair. But each and every time I have gone in to use dryers there have never been more than 2 or 3 people using the laundromat, and always plenty of dryers to go around. Yesterday there was one woman who had just started her 2 loads, when I loaded 3 dryers. The attendant came and asked me how many dryers I was going to use because customers who were both washing and drying got to pick the dryers they wanted to use. Mind you, there was just the one other customer who was just starting her wash, and me in the place. I believe there are at least 18 dryers for use. So rude! A little power went straight to her head. I will never use their facilities again...ever!
