It was an emotional day for me (sad girl vibes) & they were so understanding and kind. I have a lot of old & fragile items and was anxious but everything made it unscathed! They called and told me they were 10 minutes away, I appreciated the heads up on when they'd arrive. The two workers were polite and tidy. They let me know what was going on and got it fixed fast. They did a last check and weren't satisfied with what they found. They stayed till it was right. I complimented the workers on ensuring the job was done right. The guy said "we wouldn't leave till we know it's right." That might seem to make sense, but I've had workers "fix" something, only to find it wasn't really fixed. He specifically pointed out to the person working the counter that the pants would have to be dry cleaned. When he picked up his cleaning, they couldn't find my pants. After two weeks of them "looking" for them, they say, "Oh, you must not have brought them in,. Check your car" "Have her check her closet." This is BS. I bought the pants in August for over $70 and have only worn them once. And now they relinquish all responsibility because they have no "record" of them and it's not their fault. They never give out claim tickets for items dropped off so how would they know. Taking my dry cleaning elsewhere from now on.
