they were awesome. very friendly and nice. arrived when they said they would. highly recommend them

These guys were amazing...dependable, on-time, friendly, and were proactive in suggesting what other items they should take (I was moving out of a house and going through the clean-up phase). Definitely would use them again. read more

Have you ever stuck your head in your garage, looked around and thought, who the hell is the hoarder who lives here...closed the door, stepped into your house and thought, Oh wait, we have a problem...that hoarder would be me!! My garage was not TLC binge TV watching worthy but it was definitely getting out of hand. Who knew painting the exterior and interior of your house, tearing out your 30 year old kitchen cabinets and doing what seemed like a small remodel of the bathtub could completely take over your garage. It can and it did. Enter SuperJunk. I texted, I sent a picture of the garage, they very nicely responded, that looks like a lot of stuff (huge understatement and very diplomatically stated) and gave me a couple of times and date to arrange the pick up. It was a timely and very affordable. When the day finally arrived, in classic hoarder fashion (who me?) I had questions...would these classic kitchen cabinets be recycled, with these appliances be recycled...etc, etc and the answer was yes and of course, there were all the things in the house, I started dragging out. Umm, can you take my big screen TV from 2000? How about this printer from a decade ago or this electric cat litter box that has never worked? Yes, we take electronics. And, they took it all, reassessed the price, I paid them by credit card and the whole thing took less than an hour. I have a brand new garage for at least a few weeks! Until that remodeling/hoarder bug strikes again!!! read more

The owner responded with a quote immediately and had a crew at my house the next morning. His guys were great, very professional, friendly, hard-working and knocked the job out quickly. They handled the household goods carefully to preserve their value to the charities they donate them to. The price was a bit above the original quote, but I was not surprised. I gave photos and measurements, but the price is based on the space on the truck that the bulk occupies. That said, the final price was among the best quoted and was completed sooner than any other offer. read more

Got quotes from 3 companies for removal of a King size mattress. It was bulky and hard to move. Eric was the first to quote and gave the best price. They scheduled time Tuesday morning at 7:30 and called 15 minutes before arrival. They were in the house and the mattress was gone in 1 minute. Great guys and highly recommend for junk removal read more

Super Junk Removal - Bulky mattress - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

My project entailed hauling away 2 stacks of tile, plus 24 bags of tile - each weighing 75-85-lbs out of my garage. On Saturday, I received a number of quotes, but they were all between 140% - 275% higher than Super Junk - NO JOKE! Eric's price was simply unbeatable, but more importantly, honest and fair! He was able to come out on Monday, which was fantastic for me, as I wanted to clear the space. Eric and his helper were extremely pleasant and professional! His helper was very hardworking and efficient, he was done in less than 15 minutes - unreal! They even swept up (although I told them it wasn't necessary). Outstanding service and very happy with the experience. Until next time. read more

Super Junk Removal - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

My husband and I chopped down 3 big, messy palo verde trees without having a plan for removal. Needless to say, we made a huge mess of our backyard. I found Eric from super junk on thumbtack. I sent him pictures of the job and he gave me an estimate of how much it would cost. He scheduled me quickly and two days later he was at my house. They arrived on time and gave me appropriate notice before their arrival. We went over the job and agreed on a very fair price. Eric and his worker were extremely polite and friendly. They got a huge job done in about an hour and half and left my backyard very clean. I highly recommend super junk. Best price and honest work. read more

They responded back right away with a very clear and fair quote and a day they could pick up. I contacted them again the day before the pick up to add more stuff. They were great add more junk was not a problem. We will hire them again. Thanks guys! read more

On Friday, November 6th, Super Junk Removal removed my 600 lbs hot tub. Their service was just what the doctor ordered: 1) They cut the hot tub into two pieces, 2) promptly removed it, 3) taped the electrical wire that was connected to it, and 4) cleaned up afterward. I couldn't ask for anything more. I wholeheartedly recommend their service. read more

Fast response to my texts as well as fast response to the junk pick up. Would highly recommend this business for any junk pick up.

This company is THE best in efficiency and customer service! I'm so impressed with Eric and his team and give them my highest endorsement. I'm a senior citizen on a very limited budget and I needed a large, 3 piece sectional removed from my residence and taken to the dump. I checked with Goodwill in the hope that they had a work skills program in place that taught upholstery and would be willing to pick up my couch and use in their program. Instead, they wanted to charge me $300 to pick it up and dispose of it - money I definitely didn't have. I found the Thumbtack site and requested a quote. I received a total of 5 responses, one of which was Super Junk Removal. Eric went above and beyond reasonable to give me a quote I could afford, which was about a 1/4 of what he would normally charge! Eric and his team are friendly, trustworthy and professional. Look no further if you need junk removal or pressure washing work done. I'm so grateful for his very thoughtful consideration of my circumstances and kind willingness to help me at a nominal cost. God bless you, Eric! read more

I couldn't be any happier with the work of Eric and his team. They completely cleared and raked my 1.3 acres property and Eric went above and beyond raking out and cleaning some rather inaccessible areas that I didn't ask them to clean. Furthermore, Eric gave me a competitive quote and quickly realized that there was much more work then he initially recognized. Rather than jacking up his price, Eric stayed at the quoted price and did an amazing job. Definitely recommend Super Junk Removal and will be using them on all future clean-up, demo and pressure washing jobs! read more

I was very impressed with this company. I read all the reviews here and they sounded awesome. I contacted him and heard back in minutes. Arranged a time that worked well for me and they showed up on time. Neatly dressed, polite, driving a truck that looked like I was dealing with professionals and not somebody's part-time business. They were quick and thorough and never seemed put out when I added stuff in for them to take away. The price stayed the same and I would highly recommend them. They were SUPER! Used them again Feb 2020. They are the best. You will not regret calling Eric as he is polite, swift, and priced affordably. read more

Eric and his team were the first to respond, answered many questions immediately and showed up the next day on time as committed and in fact they called and asked if the could come earlier. Easy to do business with, good price and very professional. I would highly recommend them and appreciate the excellent service they provided. read more

Fast, friendly, super convenient and the best price. Would use again and recommend to have anything picked up and removed.

Can someone be passionate about junk removal? Let me tell you: Super Junk is the gold standard of removing your Junk. When most people think of Junk removal, thoughts of sketchy or unprofessional people often come to mind. Super Junk flips that on its head. Eric and his partner were one of the kindest and most professional service persons that I have ever encountered, and it was for hauling away crap. Eric and the Super Junk crew showed up super promptly and took care of everything without hesitation or complaint. If someone quotes you a bit less for some reason, don't be fooled. There are differences in service quality in all professions, even junk removal. read more

My daughter's previous roommate left behind a disgusting couch. After calling several removal companies, I found Super Junk and I'm so glad I did! They were professional, personable, and clearly communicated with me. There were no up-charges or hidden fees. To Eric and his team... Thank you for such excellent service! You've got a customer for life! Do not hesitate to call Super Junk Removal... you won't be disappointed!!! read more

First time using this company to clean out an entire as-is property purchase. Excellent company to work with. The whole process was smooth from beginning to finish! The crew was friendly and efficient. They took care extra care locking up the property when I wasn't on site. The owner was very communicative throughout the process. Will definitely use Super Junk Removal again in the future. Thank you! read more

There is no reason to look further than Super Junk Removal & Pressure Washing!! I went with these guys after reading the great reviews on here and I can tell you that I am extremely happy with my decision...I started the quoting process on a Saturday and the job was done to perfection by 9:30 am on Monday. (and that's only because I wasn't available Sunday.) To be honest, I didn't even get any other quotes from some of the other companies, but even if I could find someone to do it for less I would still go with Eric and his partner and will not even consider going with another company when I need theses services again. Maybe the most important thing to note, other than quality of work or price, is that my wife felt 100% comfortable being there alone with them when they got got started with the project. (I was stuck in traffic and didn't make it home until well into the work) They were kind, professional and the type of people you could trust in your home for any given occasion. Hands down, these are the guys you want for your junk removal... read more

Awesome response time with next day service! Great price too!

Got a quote in 5 minutes on Yelp and set up a pickup time for my old king size mattress and sure enough they showed up right on time and were in and out in 5 minutes! They had no problem maneuvering my old mattress down the stairs and out of my home and life forever. Not only were they cheaper than other quotes I got they responded instantly every time I had a question! Would highly recommend. read more

Much better pricing compared to the competitors I got quotes from. Good communication, pleasant to interact with, showed up on time, and got the job done quickly. Can't ask for much more - thank you! read more

Thank you for the quick response and service! Needed them the next day and they fit us right in plus they gave us a straight forward quote!!! We really appreciated this because as other places will quote one thing until they get to your house and then tack on extra fees....or just over quote and over charge to start with! Where with these guys we didnt need to worry about any surprises, they told us exactly how much the different size loads would cost. Will definitely be using again!! Thank you! read more

I needed to get some furniture out at the last minute when I was moving out of my apartment and didn't want to try selling online to creeps or weirdos and was so happy I found this business! I was so appreciative of the response time via text, the estimates and how quickly they were able to come and pick things up. The guys that came were helpful and friendly and fast! They were such life savers for me and I will highly recommend their services and definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again! read more

Eric and Jake were wonderful and took care of our needs on short notice and at a very reasonable rate. Eric went above and beyond and guided us on our pressure washing needs and helped us get what we needed done quickly and easily. Reasonably priced, quick and efficient, prompt and courteous! We will definitely have Eric back out for our next project cleanup!

I've worked with Eric and his team a couple of times over the years. He's extremely responsive. He and his staff are great the work with and always friendly. I was impressed with how quickly they worked and felt they charged a fair price. I would definitely recommend using them if you are doing any sort of spring cleaning or getting rid of junk before a move. One thing I liked especially is how flexible they were after the initial quote. We ended up needing about double the space we initially requested and it was not a problem at all! I just texted Eric the day they were coming and gave him a heads up to confirm he had room. It was all quick and hassle free! They will be my first call when I next need to a big clean up! read more

We needed a quick clearing of a family garage and called around. These guys didn't mind coming from Chandler to North Cave Creek and they arrived exactly on time. I was impressed that they had new hauling equipment, or at least they take pride and keep it so well maintained, you wouldn't know it wasn't. They were nice guys, worked quickly, professionally and thoroughly, and cleaned the area afterwards. Use these people. They do great work. read more
