It's easy to get overwhelmed and buried in years of items not needed, out of date piles of junk, and even overgrown vegetation in the backyard. This exactly describes my situation as I started a deep cleaning inside and outside the house. I ended up with very large piles of junk and brush everywhere; all of which my small car and/or tiny city trash cans would have taken weeks to haul out. I then said there's got to be a simple and easier way to remove it all. So I touched base with superjunk and was able to get a fast confirmation of what they can do for me and a quick schedule for a pickup time. Overall what I thought would take several days and or trips to haul, it only took the owner and one employee a few hours to pick up, load their oversized trailer they brought, and all ending with a quick handshake shake along with much praise on my part as they left to save another person from being buried alive. Really can't thank them enough for the speed of service and easing my mind on all the extra work if conducted on my own.... truly appreciate them and highly recommend this company.... read more

Eric's estimate was prompt, fair, and honest; and better than most. I appreciated the ease of communication (very responsive to messages and questions) and scheduling. Eric and his crew arrived on time, and handled the job professionally and courteously. It can be a little embarrassing to have people come and see the mess you've made! But Eric made me feel comfortable and got a dirty job done quickly (in less than an hour). I got estimates from several other junk removal specialists, but only Super Junk explained how the estimate was calculated and helped me see (before we even scheduled!) that I probably had more Junk than I thought. I very much preferred this to getting an unrealistically low estimate and then being surprised on the day of the job. And again, the pricing was more than fair. I feel like I got a good deal. I hired Super Junk to clear out my yard and garage before selling my house. I am so impressed with the company that I plan to use them again to clear out my house after it sells. They even swept up the dust on their way out! read more

When I looked for a provider, Super Junk Removal/Pressure Washing responded immediately. The organization also was extremely responsive to my questions using the "Thumbtack chat" feature where I found the provider. On the day of the job, Eric was running a bit late --but he called me much earlier in the day to let me know so I could adjust my schedule slightly to accommodate the time shift (that is a great representation of professionalism). When Eric and his team arrived today, they jumped straight into the removal of my construction debris and moved swiftly. I expected that there would be a few random pieces of debris remaining after the job of which I would have to dispose, but not only did they remove every single item I had requested, they even swept the location to remove small pieces of wood and nails. Amazing work quality! Lastly, I think the price for this service was very reasonable. I think I received tremendous value for my money. Thanks, Eric! Great job --I hope your business continues to thrive. read more

They were GREAT!! Eric and his team were extremely helpful in not only removing all the junk and trash left behind by tenants but also gave me advice on less expensive ways to do some needed repairs. I thought I needed power washing done outside but Eric said he would determine if it was a necessary expense/ service when the came. It turned out that it was not needed and instead they hosed and scrubbed the patios down for me which was of course a significant savings to me. They were so polite and kind I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. Upon receiving my invoice Eric had said that if I had any questions or needed anything to help get my property back in shape after it was destroyed by bad renters, to not hesitate to reach out and he will do what he can to point me in the right direction. It is nice to know there are people out there still willing to go above and beyond for a stranger. Thank you again Eric and your team! Kristin read more

I called the 888 # and Eric answer the phone. I told him that I had a junk load that I was told by another junk removal service that it was "too heavy" to remove and that it needed a Tom Cat and a dump trunk. Eric asked what items I had, which included a cast iron tub and debris from a bathroom remodel. He said "I have moved plenty of tubs and have many years experience." "Plus I have a couple of strong guys that can help." Let me tell you this totally eased my fears! Two days later he sent me a text informing me that he was on his way. An hour later he txt me a link for payment and told me the job was done. I called him just to ask how it all went and he said "it's done, no problem!" I was so impressed and relived that he was able to deliver what he had said he could do. His professionalism and communication is a breath of fresh air! I would highly recommend this service to anyone asking for junk removal. Thank you Eric for an easy transaction. read more

I have to say Eric, superseded my expectations beyond words. I sent it Yelp inquiry late in the evening and I received a quote back immediately. I got a call first thing in the morning by Eric, he said he was in the area and he could come and give me a definite on the price. I'm a yelper regarding reading reviews but not actually giving there was something notable about Eric. I don't mean this offensively being from the East Coast and now living here unfortunately, I found that people's word are no longer "Golden" however, Erik's character stood by his word. He had another job that was expecting him-even though he was already by me he went the extra step and extra time to go to the other home then, came back just when he had said and did a great job. We had a lot of stuff! Pleasant experience-you will not be disappointed. read more

I work for a non profit animal hospital and rescue. This past week we were expecting new kennels for our parvo ward and needed the old ones removed so Noone would grab them from the trash and put innocent puppies in which could cause them to get sick. Parvo is a serious disease for unvaccinated puppies and dogs that can kill them. I called Super Junk and received an extremely reasonable quote (even apologized that they couldn't do lower) we set up a time and they came and picked up. They came prepared with spray and proper gear to make sure they didn't spread the disease. They took the kennels away quickly. Their employee, Brian, was even kind enough to come back and help put together the new kennels at no charge. I would highly recommend them to other nonprofits and friends. Thank you guys for being so wonderful to us! read more

Super pleased with the service received from Super Junk guys! I emailed on Monday hoping for service Friday. I forgot until Friday morning, checked my email and responded to what Super Junk guys had sent me earlier in the week asking if it was possible to still do service same day. Eric called me up right away, gave me a quote and showed up within 30 minutes! The team honored the quote the gave me, and went above and beyond to haul away trash and yard refuse I kept adding to the pile. They even hung around to sweep up. Professional, courteous, friendly, quick, great pricing - Super Junk Removal is a great value! Will certainly consider these guys for our future junk needs and if we need pressure washing, we got someone to call! Thanks again guys! read more

Eric was absolutely phenomenal - I was out of state and needed to coordinate having some old furniture removed. I messaged around 10am and had a response, price and scheduling for the following morning in less than 30 minutes!!! He met with my boyfriend the next morning and they were prompt, professional and were very careful not to damage anything in the rooms since they had to break apart an old pressboard computer desk to get it out through a narrow hallway. They vacuumed the area and inspected the carpet to ensure there were no stray nails or screws that may have been knocked loose as well. Without a doubt, I will use them again for any hauling needs and strongly recommend them to anyone else who needs these services!!!! read more

It was necessary to have the side of my yard cleaned up. Years ago we created mounds of dirt and planted trees that grew very large. The time came for us to remove the unhealthy trees and now we were left with mounds of dirt and tree roots. The gravel had also eroded leaving us with an unsightly view. Eric took on this job which was something landscapers would not do. He was excellent! His price was fair and his work ethics were very professional. Gil, who is part of his staff, was friendly and worked diligently. He spread a few tons of new gravel. The side of my home looks great! I would like to add that my neighbor also hired Eric after seeing the completed work on my property. There is no doubt I would recommend Eric. read more

I used these guys back in December of 2016 while I was living in Texas, and my husband and children were living here in Mesa, and they came out and did the job very quickly and the price was right on. Well, almost 2 years later I call on them again, because we are getting rid of the house, and my God they did an amazing job! My back yard was filled 13 years of junk and the shed was too! When they finished, I did not even recognize my own back yard! Amazing work reasonably priced, and super nice! They didn't even complain when they found a cat living in my shed! You want the job done without the hassle of being over charged, Super Junk Removal is the company to use! read more

What a dream come true Eric and his team are! After (and during) a nasty contractor mess of shenanigans, Eric and his team swooped in to save the day. His initial response time was amazingly fast, his communication is thorough, his estimate was entirely reasonable and he always did exactly as he said he would. In an industry where that can be a rarity, Eric and his team shine brightly!! Eric's professionalism, respectful attitude and friendliness provided some on-site reprieve from an already tumultuous situation with a nasty and unreliable contractor. He literally is my HERO. Thanks so much, Eric for being a genuinely caring dude. -Mimi Medinger read more

Great experience. We had just move to the area from the East Coast and had tons of boxes and moving material to dispose of. Eric of Super Junk responded to our need to get this stuff outa here promptly on our schedule. He and his partner showed up at the time we scheduled, loaded everything up and did a thorough, complete and neat job. These guys were fantastic to deal with. It's really too bad that more businesses can't operate in the same manner...be on time and do the work promised. Also, after paying Eric he asked if I was a veteran. When I said that I was he wanted to give me a discount and return some of the money I gave him. I said no. read more

Eric and his team were terrific to work with. When I e-mailed, I received a response within 10 minutes. We set the appointment and they showed up on time, were very professional and efficient. They removed all of the old furniture we no longer had use for and even told me that a few of the items would be donated for re-use, which I loved. Eric seems like an all around great guy and old fashioned business owner - responsible and responsive. They were very respectful of our home and paid attention when taking things through tight corners, etc. They tidied up after themselves before heading out. I highly recommend this company! read more

They are the best company for junk pickup I have ever experienced! They gave me an amazing price and they were very nice! They got here exactly when they said they would. I had them take my fridge (which they donate and I love that) and the valve was broken so they went out of their way to go get me a new one! They came back and installed it for me!!! I had a little more junk then I expected and they were very nice about it! I was very impressed and very pleased! I highly recommend them to everyone. I also found out they go all over, even Phoenix! Go with them, you won't be disappointed! Very very happy! read more

I needed old appliances that had been on patio for too long hauled away. I called, they arranged pick up quickly, they followed up promptly with texts as I requested, they showed up exactly on time. They were super nice and professional. I happened to call when a special for hauling was on, so I lucked into a good price for getting the stuff hauled away. The whole thing made we wish I had not waited so long to get the oven and range hauled off my patio, and I probably would have enjoyed my patio a lot more when the weather was good. I will definitely keep their business card handy. read more

I'm cleaning up a property that could probably benefit more from a box of matches and some gasoline than it would from all the effort involved in making it liveable. Mounds and mounds and MOUNDS of old furniture, appliances, scrap metal, and garbage. I thought anyone I hired to haul it away would take one look at the job and laugh as they ran far far away. But Eric showed up, gave me an AWESOME deal, and took care of a massive chunk of the rubbish. I will definitely call them back for the next load. They were fast and efficient and professional, and the best price out there! read more

Contacted Super Junk Removal & Pressure Washing; the owner is very congenial, accommodating and professional. We agreed upon a price for removing 2 couches with recliners on each end; too heavy for me, a widow, to deal with. We haggled a bit, we agreed upon a price and within 2 days they were picked up, on time, and removed; clearing out some of the clutter from the would be garage. I highly recommend them; 2 strong men came with the boss and did the job in no time and accomplished my goal to have more room in the garage. Thank you gentlemen. read more

Eric and his associate showed up on time, were professional and quick. Their reply to my request for a quote yesterday was prompt and one of the best prices. Noticing I had a few other items in my "toss" pile, Eric offered to take them too and did so for no additional charge! It would have been completely fair for him to offer to do so at a price, so don't be offended if that is your experience, but the fact that he happened to have room in the truck, so didn't hesitate says a lot about the way they do business. I highly recommend! read more
