The staff has always been friendly and patient, and you can surprisingly find a wide variety of items here. We have not tried any of their hot food, but we see that it is popular. We don't always find what we need in this little market, but we are still grateful for its service! The parking lot is small in a plaza with many other businesses, including restaurants, but you'll always find parking. The checkout process is consistently efficient, even when there is a line of patrons, and we certainly appreciate that.

I love that it is small so I never have to wait to check out or worry about parking. I get most everything I need from here for SEA cuisine (papaya salad ingredients, sticky rice, rice pin noodles, frozen ube, canned lychee etc etc). Between a regular grocery store and Saigon market, I find that I don't need to go to the large Asian grocery stores as often to get what I need! There is a bakery here, I only tried two things and it was mid Customer service is great, a gentleman saw me carrying a lot of items and brought me a basket!

They have pretty much everything you could need when it comes to Japanese groceries and products, and a lot of the items are reasonably priced. There's also a hot food bar, which is a huge plus bc my boyfriend and I like to grab a few things to share whenever we visit :p Shopping here is always a fun experience, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful, which makes it even better. No matter the name, this is my go-to spot for Japanese groceries and prepared food. The parking situation is actually pretty easy and flexible since it wraps around the entire building, so you can usually find a spot without too much hassle. Inside, the selection is great. You'll find a wide range of authentic Japanese ingredients, snacks, and ready-to-eat meals that actually taste like what you'd get in Japan. One underrated highlight is the sushi restaurant upstairs. It's legit and a great option if you want a sit-down meal after shopping. Overall, this place has been a staple for me, and it's one of those spots worth supporting. If you're looking for authentic Japanese food and groceries in the South Bay, I definitely recommend checking it out.

I have only used it once or twice, but it was convenient when it was available. It seemed like much of the time, some left their car there to charge for long periods of time without shopping. A new charging station with several superchargers just opened at the other end of the center. I wonder if that was part of the reason this one is now gone.

Today I went in and tried to get a middle cut tri tip plate. They had a piece of meat that was on the end and have been sitting there for a while. I asked the cleric if he could cut into this other several pieces and give me a center cut and he said no we had to take the end piece. I said I didn't want the in peace and wanted the more juicier piece from the center. Ask for the manager and the manager didn't want to do it either. So we decided to skip lunch altogether at this place. No one might think well that's their policy. But I've got in there several times and there will be several pieces cut and that's what it's designed for. They have display window and they even ask you what chicken would you like. Every time we come in here it really looks like they don't love their job. They are not friendly but the food is okay. I've decided just to stop coming to this store altogether. The deli's friendly where you can get sliced meats but the meat department they always seem to be unfriendly, this smoke shop they definitely don't have customer service in mind. I don't go to a place to get perfect service. But it does seem that this place is starting to slip with how they treat a customer who wants to spend money.
