I was completely ghosted by another window washing company for the cleaning of my exterior home…read morewindows, so after reading reviews here on Yelp I found J&J. Jose promptly answered my request and provided me with a reasonable estimate. Today, Jose's colleague, Dennis, responded to my home and I was immediately met with a friendly face and a great attitude, and soon after Dennis got to work. Dennis cleaned each of my windows, the screens, and my two sliding glass doors. Once completed my windows and the frames looked so much better, my only regret was not contacting them prior to today! Thank you Jose, Dennis, and J&J, highly recommended!

I Do Not Recommend This Company…read more I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. My experience working with Richard Espinoza has been extremely disappointing and has resulted in significant additional expense, frustration, and work that now needs to be corrected. Richard initially presented himself as highly experienced and knowledgeable. He spoke confidently about the work, showed numerous photographs of prior projects, discussed guaranteeing the project, and requested a deposit. Unfortunately, my experience after hiring him was very different from what was represented at the beginning. Communication and reliability became major problems. There were repeated occasions when I was told he would be coming to work and he did not show up. Work was repeatedly delayed, sometimes attributed to weather or personal circumstances, and communication regarding those delays was inadequate. At times, after periods without progress, I would receive a message saying he was coming the following day, only for him not to appear. As the project continued, I was also repeatedly asked for additional money for materials and other project expenses. Many of the way beyond the cost.. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution prospective customers against making any advance payments without carefully documenting exactly what is being purchased, what work will be performed, and when it will be completed. Most concerning is the quality of the completed work. I have now had other professionals evaluate portions of the work, and I am facing the prospect of having substantial work on my property redone. This is particularly upsetting because I paid thousands of dollars expecting professional-quality results. Attempts to resolve these issues have also been frustrating. Phone calls have gone unanswered, updates have been inconsistent, and I have not experienced the level of professionalism or accountability that I believe a customer should reasonably expect from a contractor. I gave Richard multiple opportunities to complete and address the work. At this point, I intend to pursue the matter through the appropriate channels until it is resolved. Based solely on my personal experience, I absolutely would not hire Richard Espinoza or this company again, and I cannot recommend them to others.

When we initially hired this company, everything seemed great. The work appeared well done, and we…read morewere even convinced to hire them for additional jobs. Unfortunately, less than two months after our pavers were pressure washed, re-sanded, and sealed, the sand had already washed away, and mold and weeds were beginning to grow again. We were assured the work was guaranteed for one year. Since then, my husband and I have made countless attempts to resolve the issue. We've called, texted, spoken with him directly, and scheduled multiple appointments for repairs, only to be ignored or have him fail to show up each time. He eventually called my husband and said he would refund our $1,700 and mail a check. That conversation took place on June 3, and we still have not received the refund. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. If zero stars were an option, that's the rating I would give.

What went well? Everything!!! 1st- they responded quickly! I…read morereached out for the service in the morning and not only did I get an estimate but my windows were cleaned on that very day. 2nd - Quality. This is a rental property and the windows inside were worse than the windows outside. Gross! Now they look great. You can actually see out of them. 3rd - Affordable. It was a big job but the price was a steal. I'm not kidding. I got more expensive quotes from others who had not even seen it yet. Imagine if they saw it - I would have spent hundreds more. Finally, the professionalism is SPOT ON. They treated me as if they valued me - both Kayla and her husband who did the work (forgot his name but such a nice guy). This is the one- don't look any further. Next - I will have them do my primary residence and my boyfriend is looking for someone to do his rental property in Miami so I have already referred them to him.

My HOA hired this company to do our walkways in our two story building…read more They had to redo the second floor as it was not done correctly the first time. It still looks messy, but there's nothing I can do, except to share my experience with others. A few other residents have expressed their thoughts on the work, and it's not positive. Not one neighbor has said our walkways look good. The workers were nice, but I can't say that they were the most practical or professional crew. I wouldn't recommend this company based upon the job they did, as it's sloppy. I can't blame them for multiple days of chaos, as my HOA president was not even present for the job, and lacks leadership skills. Three stars is strictly based upon the final outcome of a messy job.

He was able to check out the situation the very next day, and had quoted a very reasonable number to do the work. However, once he was up on the roof, he found that the gutters were clean, no debris in sight. He suggested the it might be a roof issue, not gutters. I asked him how much he wanted to be paid for coming over and taking a look.... He said there was NO charge! Not even a minimal amount for the effort he, and his crew, provided. He was adamant. Nothing. While I can't comment on the quality of his work, and certainly can on his character. I would recommend him to anyone.
