They were very cold and looked at me and said we do not take returns on alcohol. I contacted the manager the store Gary, who acknowledged that I should've received a return however, he refuses to call me back or arrange any kind of return. I've lost all respect for him. I've also contacted top operations management. I've left a message for the president of the company Steve nobody will respond so I went to my bank Wells Fargo and the immediately refunded the whole cost of the wine to me immediately in my favor with a copy of the receipt. We made it a point to come back today to check it out. First, I will say it was one of the cleanest DG's I've been to. There were a few staff members to assist if needed, and this is not normally the case. Just as it's name implies, it's also a grocery, having the standard dry goods, dairy, and microwave items that DG has, but incorporating meats and produce as well. Of course you'll pay for the convenience as I noticed ground beef was $6.50 per pound, where Walmart is currently like $3.87 per pound for the same type. All in all, I would definitely shop in there if I lived here as it was clean, convenient, and stocked well.
