I do not have time to run back there and "talk to a manager" but the cans will not open unless I bang on the area intended to just pop open with a tab with a KNIFE. I have to push the can lid into the can with a butter knife. I don't enjoy this and the experience of having damaged products sold to me as fine at full price has finally put me off Crest for the future. It all looks pretty but underneath it is all mangled and bent in my opinion.

For one, they always have a wide selection of fresh organic fruit and veggies; and enough protein selections to rival the average butcher shop. Second, there is an employee there by the name of Kendra Lawson. Every time I have needed assistance, she is attentive, courteous, and professional. I'm never made to feel like an inconvenience, regardless of anything else she may have been doing. From my brief experience when I applied to work there, the employees were mostly indifferent about their jobs, and looked rather sad. After you see that many broken spirits in the heart of Walmart, you definitely don't want to work there anymore. My biggest complaint isn't actually about the store, but the people in the store. I assume it is a problem at every Walmart, but I really only go to this one. People have a tendency to stop and talk in the middle of aisles, and then act like you are a jerk when you ask to get by. If you want to talk to your friends, go meet up at a place that is meant for it; for example, a bar, restaurant, house, or even next to your car in the parking lot. There are so many places to stand and talk that won't be a major inconvenience to the rest of society.

I called them and talked to the shop manager, a real peach. This dude needs some customer service training. He was condensing and just smart mouthed. When I said this is worse than the worn out tire you took off he said they were balanced. OBVIOUSLY NOT! Anyway I took the vehicle to a shop who said that they said who did this, they have no idea what they are doing. They left the old stick on weights on 2 of the wheels and only put new weights on the inside of the wheel. In my younger days as a Master ASE Certified Technician with Hunter Wheel Balancing and Alignment certification that is called a static balance which balance 2 planes of the wheel and tire instead of a dynamic balance (the smoothest). The only people that ever asked me for that were those with serious custom wheel and car show cars that did not want weights showing on the outside. We measured the wheel lug nut torque, that's about the only thing they got right. Wal-Mart has some good prices on tires, my recommendation is buy them and take them to a real shop that knows how to properly install them because these guys, including the "shop manager" do not know how to do this. Oh I almost forgot, it took them 3 hours, yes three hours from the time I got there until the time I left, a one hour wait and two hours do do the tires. Back in my old tire busting days we had cars in and out in 25-45 minutes for 4 tires. One of the reasons why is they put the wrong tire on this other elderly mans car and had to redo it it. Seriously THE WRONG TIRES. so 25% into putting my tires on every stopped to replace the old mans 3 wrong tires and that took a loooong time. Listen go somewhere else, trust me.
