Saw the reviews on here while we were in Oakland California on vacation these reviews must be very old or from people that just do not know what a good hamburger is yes the fries were the steak fries but ours tasted like cardboard over cooked and not soft in the inside . burger was OK I had ordered the super burger. I only wanted to order the hamburger ,was told I had to order the combo which I later saw on the board that they do sell the hamburger by itself . fries went completely to waste as stated they tasted like crap and at $14 for a combo meal that is way too much. The ice cream shakes that everyone was raving about are so so that's the only reason I gave the two stars. we ordered a pineapple shake did not taste like pineapple first of all tasted like a very sugary ice cream drink. if and ever I'm in Oakland again I would never stop here nor recommend this place read more

She seems to really care for her customers experience here, she made sure I had everything I needed and is sweet to the kids (even gives them lollipops). My fiance and I had a taste for fish burgers so I pulled this place up on Yelp and we decided to try it out because of the great reviews. I called in advance and ordered the fish burger combo for me and a fish burger with fries for my fiance. The food was ready shortly after our arrival but when I looked in the bag I noticed that our order was incomplete. I told the guy who handed me my order, that an order of fries were missing. He called over the the woman who took the phone order to speak to me, so I politely told her that the order wrong. My plan was to order more fries but before I could do so, she responded with this incredibly nasty attitude and blamed me for the order being wrong. So I decided I am not going to give place any more of mymoney and headed back to the car. Got home, still looking forward to satifying my craving for a fish burger. Took one bite and ended up throwing the burger in the trash. I was so disappointed! The fish burger tasted soooo bland and the fish patty looked like could have been freezer burned. The fries were awful too and tasted like they were fried in old grease! Yuk! I don't understand why this place is averaging 4 stars! Don't be fooled by the boarded up windows. They're open! You can order at the window or by phone. I love places that cater to kids. The lady working was looking out. She gave me a cup to go with my 5 year old's cone since it was so big. She insisted on holding my ice cream so that I could put some in the cup. Very solid, no frills burger spot in San Leandro. Moved into the area recently and have been looking for some go-to spots. This is the second burger joint I've tried but the first I will be going back to. Got a cheeseburger and a double burger. Both were pretty good. I needed to add some ketchup and mustard to it when I got home but besides that, they were quality burgers. And for $15 total, not a bad deal. I really was craving a fish burger that wasn't from McDonald's, Burger King, or Jack in the box so I went to Super Burger and I was able to get me a Fish burger combo with Fries and a drink. The only have two sizes for the fries, but a small is plenty; even still enough to share. I think the place was awesome. Plenty of parking and area was clean. The only thing I didn't care for was that you can only order to go inside even though there's plenty of seating I guess they haven't bounced back from the pandemic shutting us out of eateries. But you were able to sit and wait on your order to go in the inside and the staff there was friendly and very knowledgeable of the questions asked of them. The order taker was very patient and knowledgeable. They also have a TV for you to watch will you wait. (Nice flat Screen) hanging on the wall. Forgot to take pictures, but I will next time. Look, I come here for thing specifically.... and that's their butterscotch milkshake. It's AMAZING. I can't seem to find this flavor anywhere else. They also offer soft serve as well, and the cheeseburgers are actually some of the best you'll get, but this place has a variety of things they serve. They have teriyaki bowls, corn dogs, chicken strips, and I believe even fish and chips. It's small and you can order thru a window grab your food and eat in the car or sit in side. This is def one of those in the cut burger joints. But one thing is for sure, like my girl Kelis said this milkshake will bring all the boys to the yard. read more

I love this place. I came here about 12 years ago with friends in high school and it was great. Came back again today to find it just as good and couldn't be happier to bring my partner to try it as well. We shared a double burger, jalapeño poppers and a peanut butter shake. Their burgers are like in and out but even better. The meat tastes better is never dry, the veggies are fresh and never soggy. They don't over sauce it and the bread is just toasted enough to be a little crispy on the outside but not crumble when you bite. The jalapeño poppers were good but the cheese was kind of strange, the ranch is great. The peanut butter shake is sooooo good. I was disappointed when it was gone. We will be back for sure, we live 3 hours away and will make a point to go out of our way when any closer to get food here. I've been coming here since probably the mid 90s. This stuff sits heavy but it is comfort food. Perhaps you are having some maintenance done across the street at the automotive repair shop and you need to kill some time. Over the years so little has changed. The look of the place and the food has been virtually unchanged for so many years. I like it. It makes me feel like a little kid again when I walk in. They're prices may seem a bit high to some considering the type of food, but in my experience they give you pretty 'healthy' portions for what you pay. I used to live in the Manor and LOVED eating Super Burgers' fat hamburgers. I hadn't had one for a couple years, but got one today. I paid twice as much as I did just a couple years ago, and the hamburger patty was thin, not fat and juicy like it used to be. The prices aren't too bad and you get what you pay for. My go-to meal since I was in middle school would be the junior burger meal with fries! The fries they serve are of the steak fry variety & they're personally one of my favorites because you can dip them in ketchup or squeeze the ketchup on so you'll have a perfect portion of ketchup with every bite! Yum, yum, in the tum! You can also ask to switch your steak fries for curly fries at an extra cost; also note, if you want a cheeseburger it's going to cost you a little more (but it's just a few coins, so go for it if you're feeling kind of cheesy)! And if you're not in the mood for burgers, they do have other food options that I honestly have yet to try because as for me I'm going to stick to my regular Super Burger delights: burger, fries, and the occasional shake on the side!
