The hotel is directly across the street from Chelsea Market, with some of NYC's best spots including Tao Downtown, Philippe, Catch, and Dream, all less than a minute walking distance away. I want to thank Alex at the front desk, I believe he is the front desk Manager, who went above and beyond to make my stay special. His attentiveness, thoughtful hospitality, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. I do not like the design of the rooms, but then again, it's made to be an old fashion theme design. The business center was a small room, might have one on each floor but I am not sure. The gym was also nice but very small, not much equipment there. It is a nice hotel but its not for me, due to the design and size of the gym.

I walked around at 11pm and although the streets were empty (it was freezing), I didn't see any trash or felt unsafe. It's not the most convenient place for shopping but Chelsea Market is four minutes away. The A-E-L trains were about seven minutes away on foot. Overall, a better experience than I expected.
