Amazing views! Location Location. Parking was terrible but That's NY! check in was smooth but we were given someone else's room .. when I slipped in the key another couple WAS GETTING IT ON.. oops! Long story short we were given another room fantastic room on the 19th floor with gorgeous views overlooking the twin towers memorial. Floor to ceiling windows and doors that opened up for extravagant views. We tried out the rooftop bar which was pretty but expensive. That's NY! Cannot speak to the amenities as we were out and about. The hallways are very narrow but that's common in big city hotels. Check out was smooth as well and the staff were pleasant. Definitely a great hotel if you want the VIEW!

Moving the table still without enough space

Unfortunate!! False advertising! Dirty! Rude! I paid $1,000.00 for two nights, for myself and my two daughters. In my booking and in photos of the room there was to be a balcony and sleeping accommodation for three people. A king bed and a sofa bed. The "king" was two twin mattresses pushed together and we had to rearrange heavy furniture to pull the sofa bed out. We (all three of us) went down to the front desk shortly after check-in assuming that they had given me the wrong room, because of the lack of balcony, but I was told I would have to pay more, and that the balcony rooms didn't have a king bed. Later that night I tried to pull out the sofa bed and there was not enough space. I called down to the same attendant (Steven) and was told that "Usually three people don't stay in that room". When I asked him why he didn't tell me that at 4pm when he saw all three of us were at the front desk he replied "Well, usually a maid will come move the furniture". Neither of these things were mentioned and he then rudely asked "Well! What do you expect me to do about it now?!" I just hung up and had my kids help me move the furniture. The view was great! But definitely not worth the expense, filth, or treatment we received.

The best part of this hotel is the location near the World Trade Center/ lower NYC! Easy to walk around and in a convenient location. The room was also a good size and bigger then what I was expecting for a NYC hotel. My only issue was their shampoo / conditioner aren't locked up so anyone can easily open up the bottles, which isn't sanitary. Another thing is you can easily hear other people, so when my neighbor kept going in and out of their room at night I would jolt out of my sleep thinking someone came into my room. They have a beautiful rooftop / lounge which also serves drinks. Another perk of the hotel are the views!

Our constant quest to try different locations in the city led us here. We got a great weeknight rate. It's about 3 blocks from The Oculus, so lots of transportation options in, out and around the city. It's close to all of the WTC monuments; our bed actually faced out of a large door which opens, with an incredible view of The Freedom Tower. The room was very spacious, came with Keurig, fridge and microwave. Free coffee available in lobby and water filling stations in each floor. It was clean and check in staff friendly. Night cap drinks at the 20th floor rooftop bar made a nice end to another great day in the city.

Perfect if you are looking to stay in lower Manhattan, seeking to be in walking distance to the World Trade site & Memorial, Battery Park, Museum of Jewish Heritage, Brookfield Center, Staten Island Ferry & Seaport. I guess the FiDi too, if that's your thing. But if you are traveling up to the Village, Theater District, Central Park, Times Sq etc, it will be a time suck in travel and honestly if you are going to be out late at night uptown, I would definitely not come down here no matter how close you think it looks on the map or how reasonable the rate is. The room is small. No cough in the standard queen. The queen bed looked tiny and there is a chair, desk and chair, small closet and efficiency bathroom that will be unfamiliar in size to those living outside of a large, major city. But it makes up in comfort, bed was great, excellent pillow (nothing worse than flat, old feather pillows) and shines in customer service, view from the 20th floor lounge and the amazing stack of bottles with filtered water for you to fill and take..in the lobby lounge there is also sparkling water along with a nice coffee machine with many options and tea. While the rooms & bathroom are a bit dated and worn, I found everything to be clean and working. I enjoyed the CQ service so much that we just booked 2 nights in Phily CQ Rittenhouse Sq.

Loved the staff and location of the hotel! Got a very good welcome coming into the building. was able to get a room even though some hotels make you wait till 3pm to check in. The room was amazing and the bathroom was super clean. Couldn't have asked for a better stay at a hotel. A great location! A walk away from the Oculus, One World Trade, 9/11 Memorial, Brooklyn Bridge and surrounded by delicious restaurants.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, we arrived late on a Saturday evening due to flight change. We had booked room almost six months earlier and received a not-so-great suite, with extremely noisy neighbors. After speaking with Janice about it , she listened to our issues and quickly offered solutions, not excuses. She remediated the issue the next day, providing us with a wonderful rest of stay experience. It really made the difference between a negative visit and a fantastic one. Also special props to Runita whose calm, professional demeanor is an asset to Club Quarters as well. Thanks to all the hard working staff who really make this location a gem. Will most definitely be returning.

Pros: Club rooms offer great views of the World Trade Center, 2 Beautiful rooftop on each side of the hotel, and the staff was very friendly Cons: Wifi is Terrible. check in is at 3pm (waited nearly 2 hours for our room to be ready). The bathroom in the "club rooms" was super underwhelming; showering in such a tiny shower was super depressing and annoying. Lastly, the AC/heater in our room kept going "offline" which made our hotel room go from warm to freezing cold.

This is a great hotel. The location is great and so is the customer service. Only some rooms have a refrigerator and fortunately mine had one, however the front desk associate stated they could find one to use if the room didn't have one. In addition, this hotel gives customers a number to text when you need additional items and they are very response. I give Janice and Yardley 5 Stars!!! Overall, great experience here! I recommend this hotel. This hotel is next to the 9/11 memorial site in the financial district.

Friends thought we were a lil crazy for bringing two kids to Manhattan, but it ended up being such a special trip for us, and the Park Hyatt was a huge part of that. The hotel is beautiful, from the gorgeous floral arrangements throughout the property to the calm, elegant atmosphere. Our room was incredibly spacious, which felt like a true luxury in New York, especially with a stroller, luggage, SNOO and everything that comes with traveling with a newborn. Having that extra space made the entire trip feel easier. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. We took the boys swimming almost every night, and it became our little ritual. They loved it, and those evening swims are still some of my favorite memories from that trip. The location was perfect for a family stay. We walked to Central Park, FAO Schwarz, Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller Center, Columbus Circle, and so many nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Being able to explore for a few hours, come back to the hotel to rest, and then head back out again made New York feel surprisingly easy. Now, two years later, our boys are older and we're planning another New York trip. I've been looking at hotels, but I keep coming back to the Park Hyatt because of how special that first stay was for our family. It would be pretty amazing to bring the boys back, let them swim in that pool again, and experience the hotel at a different stage of their childhood. The Park Hyatt will always have a special place in our family's New York memories.

We spent 4 nights on a short vacation trip to NYC. The staff at checkin were very friendly and helpful. The bar and breakfast staff were very accommodating and also very friendly. We love breakfast here, starts the day off with great coffee drinks and as much protein as you can handle. The rooms, so far have been consistent. They are like compartment spaces, with what you need: a bed by the window, a cool shower enclosure, a couple cabinets for storage, and a sink with soaps and shampoos to start the day or end the day right. This location is very convenient to TS, subway stops, and all the shops your heart could hope for. CitizenM is our hotel of preference now.

I had booked the majority of my trip at another hotel, but I needed an extra night and used Marriott points for this stay. Overall, I thought it was a great place to stay. The location was very central, but it was not in the most crowded part of Times Square which I appreciated. It was a little hard to find at first because of nearby construction, but once I arrived, everything felt convenient and easy to access. The staff was relaxed, friendly, and helpful during check-in. I arrived around 1:00 PM, and my room was not ready yet, but once it was available, staff members were helping guests check in using the computers. The hotel has a very modern, tech-forward feel. The room included an iPad that controlled the lights, colors, and other settings, which gave the space a futuristic vibe. The room itself was very clean and felt pretty spacious for a New York hotel. The sheets and bathroom were clean, and I felt like I had everything I needed for a short stay. I also felt like it was a good value. I used about 58,000 Marriott Bonvoy points for the night, and New York hotels can easily run anywhere from about $200 to $500 per night depending on the date. Since I stayed on a weekday, that may have helped with the overall value. The next day, relocating to my other hotel was simple because the area was so central. As a Gold member, I also received late checkout, although I ended up leaving earlier than I needed to. The only thing that stood out was hearing another guest complain about the staff, which surprised me because my own experience had been very positive.

The restaurant Jams on the first floor is also great, and nice to be able to have a delicious meal right at the hotel. Excellent food and coffee - we went for both breakfast and dinner here. I did not use the fitness center on the second floor, but I looked great. The location is phenomenal, just steps from Central Park. Some event must have been going on because getting an elevator was an adventure (a sad one). It didn't help that everyone had to take an elevator just to reach the lobby, then another to get to their room. Fortunately, I was only on the ninth floor...so I got my steps in. The room itself was mostly ok. One thing I really didn't like was the air conditioning. It wouldn't cool below 68 degrees. I despise hotels that throttle the A/C. I'd get warm, the air would finally kick on, I'd be comfortable for about ten minutes...then the cycle would repeat all night. Another thing that caught me off guard was the ceiling. Maybe they're going for an industrial look, but it was basically unfinished concrete. Other than those complaints, everything else in the room was perfectly acceptable, and for a one night stay, it did the job.
