That's how I found Brandee Beck. It's been two weeks now and we're going strong. So grateful for her and I know she's going to change my life. She offers all the things that you need stretching, cardio, full body workouts. My goal is to have her continue coming three days a week for the next five years!

I'm stronger than ever and no longer plagued by the chronic lower back pain that was driving me crazy and making me miserable. I chose Brandee because of the positive reviews on Yelp and because she had personal experience in dealing with injuries. I had a trainer once before and got really frustrated when she had a hard time understanding the challenges I was facing with my lower back. Finally, when I decided it was time to get back into training, I decided I needed someone who had experience moderating for injuries and I am so glad I found Brandee! From the very beginning she was thoughtful about the types of exercises and stretching that would be helpful as I worked to get my core and my back muscles into shape. She creates great routines for me unique to every session (no getting bored!) and has been able to change my workout on the fly when I've had a cranky back or creaky knees. I also appreciate her flexibility with working to accommodate my schedule. As a very busy small business owner with demanding clients of my own, sometimes it isn't possible for me to keep our regular standing appointment. When I've had to find alternative times, Brandee has always been willing to work with me, even if that means a really early morning. And now for the results...I'm proud to say that I'm feeling very fit and very strong. Lately I've been able to start doing "boy push ups" and for those of you who are in their early 40's like me and haven't done a regular push up since high school, you'll get my excitement about being able to bust out not one, not two, but THREE sets of 10 push ups! Brandee has been adding more challenges to my workout to keep up with my growing skill and fitness levels and keeps me motivated when I'm whining about a particular exercise or wheezing through some cardio. She also brings dog treats so my two terriers can join in the excitement about my workouts! If you're like me, trying to move past the post-40 total body sag, and looking for someone who can motivate you, keep you on track, show up on time and help you find your best you, give Brandee a try! Your biceps will thank you!

She was so awesome at keeping me motivated to show up and not get bored with the same routine. I lost the weight, kept it off (for close to two years now) and have kept going... It's not a temporary thing with Elizabeth, it's a total life change, and she makes it so much fun. She is the first trainer I have ever met who makes a workout so much fun you don't even know the hour passed. I hate to run. HATE IT. She had me running within a few weeks and actually doing it on my days off from working out with her... I started to crave it. So weird. She's like a magical training fairy godmother. Don't get me wrong, you will work your booty off with her, but you'll love doing it. And, you can't really get mad at her because the dimples seem like she didn't just kick your butt. She listens, she gets it, and she knows all the tricks to keep it interesting so you don't get bored. She also knows how to get you to do the things you hate doing. Worth every single penny.

Elizabeth is the real deal…read more I am a thin Asian female who had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of working with Elizabeth for a little over a year on weight gain (read: I wanted to be thicc.) I cannot sing enough praises about her - I have struggled to gain weight for decades, despite having sought advice from friends and the internet. Elizabeth was the first to change all of that. Her personalized approach to my weight goals included not only a comprehensive physical assessment, but also a real meal plan w/ caloric breakdown, timeline, and just the right kind of encouragement during our workouts to keep me motivated. And the best part - I started seeing visible results after working with her for the first month! The best part about working with her is that she is extremely knowledgeable about diet + body and understands the needs of her client, empowering them vs prescribing them. A few times I had to cut/pause our routine due to changes in my work schedule, and instead of applying pressure / guilting me into staying on track (like other trainers I've worked with) - she worked with me in a way that honored my needs while allowing me to do what I needed to do to hit my goals. This alone has won me over and I have continued to seek her services since.

My time with Tiffany lets me have fun, enjoy my workouts, and do the type of training that I would never have done by myself. She pushed me to do functional training, cardio (OMG she got me to do cardio ... I hate cardio), and got me to gladly train the entire hour. Also, I went in person and she would work out with me for as long as it took to finish the workout - not the strict hour. I could breathe in between and chat and it was just such a fun time of the week carved out for just me, an otherwise very busy working mom. She ALSO took the time to talk nutrition with me and helped educate me about protein options given my many pregnancy aversions. I find her Instagram reels about nutrition and fitness also very helpful, when I forget what we talked about. She's also been through major bodily changes herself, and posts about it in a really articulate and accessible way, and it's really motivating to know she's been through it too, and sticks with it despite having THREE KIDS. In the two months I have been working with them I hit a new PR as a runner (21:56 5k) because of Tracey's amazing guidance. Not only has my running gotten stronger but I am also into lifting, sculpting my body, nutrition and losing bf%. Rudi designed an entire program for me and I no longer feel like I'm shooting in the mildly-educated dark. The results are obvious in my physique, but what's more, I feel stronger, have more energy, and have no more pain in my back and hips, which was perpetual before I began training. I am always asking questions and doing my research to make sure I can continue to improve, and both Tracey and Rudi have been so available and ready to help challenge any false information I get from the instagram "fitness gurus" and provide in depth education about the reasoning behind their methods. Rudi and Tracey have both guided me to perfect my technique, helped me to understand the most effective strategies to meet my goals, and introduced me a wide span of training options to help me figure out what I enjoy most and what works best for me.
