I have had zero luck finding a primary care physician in Bear and I am thrilled to find this practice! The office is clean and spacious. I was greeted promptly and taken back to an exam room very quickly after finishing my initial paper work. The doctor came in and did her assessment and I was completely blown away by how honest and personable Dr. Chaudhry was. She was extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated her saying she wouldn't prescribe any medication that she wouldn't give her children. She is very in-depth with her patients and leaves no stone unturned while asking the necessary questions to properly diagnose. I brought my daughter in the same day for a sick visit to be seen by her husband, pediatrician Dr. Nazar. He was equally wonderful and knowledgeable and I look forward to bringing her back to see him. There is nothing like bringing your child to a GREAT doctor. I'm very pleased. The entire experience was the best and most refreshing doctor experience I've ever had. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone who lives in New Castle County!

Know how much your copay is going in. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER before stepping foot in here because again, they will schedule your appointment and wait until you arrive to tell you information is missing and you can't be seen. My diagnosis requires surgery so it was a pretty big deal and I'm just upset that no one called to tell me or help me.

This was the first time my daughter tried the IV Therapy and they explained the whole process and the benefits of IV Vitamin Infusions. This was not my first time getting the infusion so I knew what to expect. Dr. Banfield easily got us set up which is amazing considering both my daughter and I are notorious for being challenging to successfully find a vein at the first go. Sadly this is how most health care is run today. Perhaps the insurance wont pay for the MRI until all the Chiropractic and PT is done but its a terrible process. The staff there is very caring and maybe Im being unfair but it seems like an xray or some diagnostic imaging should have been done of the shoulder to determine the root cause of the pain since I was basically being treated for frozen shoulder when Im bone on bone with a rotator cuff tear.
