The other gentlemen is Mr. Roland, again very positive, and also kept us up to speed on the process. So pleased to have Aidan as my loan agent. read more

Jason and Stephanie are the absolute best to work with. Their customer service is exceptional!!! Any time I had questions, they were more than happy to take my calls, answer my text messages and or emails! This was our first time refinancing our home and we were a little hesitant at first but Jason and Stephanie quickly made us feel at ease by making sure we understood what to expect and what was expected of us! I will definitely be recommending their services to all my family and friends! read more

The rate was fine but their strong arm tactics were not appreciated. Had they been professional I'm sure things would have worked out differently. I did not appreciate the way they handled the process. read more

These guys are complete scam artists. Texted me out of the blue with some attractive numbers. Pulled my credit without my authorization. Everything was fine until suddenly they realized I live in Florida. But they kept working on a solution. I've sent many emails asking for answers and follow ups. No response. I'm not even sure if this is a real company. read more

These guys send me spam messages to my phone on multiple occasions. Don't they know that everyone hates that? They might as well spit in my face and insult my family. Sorry, but spam messages on your phone are the most loathsome thing to do to someone. Everyone hates spam messages and everyone knows that. read more

I worked with Mike and he was amazing. Very helpful and willing to take the time to walk my husband and I through our first home purchase. He showed his expertise as he navigated through the fluctuation of interest rates and was able to lock us in at the perfect time. Would highly recommend. read more

Thank you Sunview! Brian got me a good deal, I'm a first time home buyer and I really appreciate the patience and assistance of Brian and Aly. It's hard to find a house here in California and even harder to find company that would go the extra mile for a first time buyer. read more

I just recently closed on my cash out refinance with Sunview Lending and was very pleased with their service. Michael was my loan officer and was very helpful figuring out the best loan for my situation. Had a FHA loan originally and was able to remove the PMI as well as get some cash to pay off some high interest debts. Thanks again! read more

I have used Sunview Lending twice now. The first time was 4 years ago when I bought my first house. I worked with Brian who made everything easy. He kept me updated during the whole process, delivered the best rate possible and even impressed my realtor who is a family friend. I just closed on a refinance with him and I had the same experience. I know he's busy, but he always made sure to take the time and explain everything to me. I ended up shortening my loan by 6 years and I'm still saving $103 per month on my payment. He was also able to get me two months of no payment, which is going to come in handy for Christmas. Thank you Brian and thank you Dunview Lending!!! read more

Received a random, unsolicited phone call one day from a young man named Mike. Explained my circumstances as complicated. I told him that I had been through the process of re-financing on more than one occassion, only to be denied approval at the last minute. I let him know that I was frustrated and had no interest in discussing the matter further. He replied that he understood, and asked if he may try back in a couple of months. I told myself that if he made the effort to follow up, I could at least listen. Well, here we are. He called. I listened. He listened. We worked on this refinance for over 90 days. Jumping through every hoop. Mike never wavered. I expected him to disappear on several occasions. He worked every angle and got it done. We were able to save over $300 and restore some peace of mind. Salute to Mike Race, and the Sunview Lending team. They worked hard and I can absolutely recommend them. read more

I would not recommend going with Sunview Lending for home refinance. My experience was stressful and took much longer than initially described. Communication was extremely lacking by Michael the loan adviser. When he needed something from he would be right on top of it. However then he would go silent until the next need. It it wasn't for me reaching out to him for status I would have never known where we stood. Another big issue for me was with the inconsistent information. Depending on who you spoke to everyone had varying information regarding the actual status. There are several examples of this however the most impactful one was regarding payment to our current lender. We were told in the beginning not to make a payment to the current lender for the following two months. TWICE in a row when I called to check status (due to no communication) I was told to make the payment. No consideration for the late fee we incurred or the possible credit repercussions that would result in a non payment. Second, if you decide to go with this company be sure to read all of your documentation carefully. I had authorized them a certain amount to deduct from my bank account for home appraisal and they instead deducted an additional $150. Their reason was an error in the documentation that it should have been a range rather than a stated amount. I was told this would be refunded to me at closing however it was not included in the final disclosures. Toward the end of the 90 days it took to accomplish this and in my final call to Michael (which is when I was told to make yet another unplanned for payment) I decided that due to the inconsistencies, delays and errors we were not going to move forward. At which point Michael's supervisor Roland stepped in on the line to talk with me. Of course he was apologetic and assured me everything was done and we would close on time. He also gave assurance that he would confirm for me when the loan funded. That same day following our call I sent a message to Roland via email regarding the $150 that was owed to us and missed. He stated that it had been taken care of and a separate check would be mailed. To date this has not been received. On the day the loan was to fund I did not receive notice from Roland that this was done. I called and left him a message as well as followed up via email. No response to either. Two days later I followed up again with an email, no response. Finally I reached out to Dawn who was the processing manager who was able to verify we were finally done. The bottom line is I have never worked with a company who was so disorganized and non communicative. Roland stated they were overwhelmed with customers which to me doesn't make a bit of difference. I hope this information is helpful. I realize others have provided glaring remarks so I felt obligated to share my experience as well. read more

I have nothing but positive reviews for them. Jason & Stephanie had the best teamwork. They gave me the best rate & the whole process was the easiest & quickest. There was never a problem trying to reach them anytime of the day. I highly recommend them. read more

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!! My husband and I had been talking about doing a refi on our mortgage. I get a call from someone named Jason that does VA rate reduction loans and can get us closed in 14-21 days. So we decided to go with them. This was the beginning of June 2019. July comes around and Jason tells us that the loan is going to go through. We can skip July's payment and we are ready to go. We signed some papers and we were told we just needed to wait for a closing date. We waited.... and waited... and waited... never hearing from Jason. No calls or texts were returned. At the end of July, now that our house payment is late, we are told that they didn't actually have a lender lined up. Jason now refers me to supposedly a supervisor named Roland. Now we are at the beginning of August. Roland assures us that things are moving and the banks are just backed up. He says when this loan is done he will pay us for the late fee. He also tells me that Jason is really busy and pawns us off on a girl named Stephanie. It is obvious that she is back peddling and trying to clean up someone else's mess. Now we are at the beginning of September. I receive more documents to sign. Stephanie tells us we are getting closer to being finished with this loan. Then I hear nothing.... an occasional text stating that she is waiting on a call or email.... then October comes along. I receive updated papers to sign ( updated numbers because again we are into a new month) we sign them and again hear nothing. It's now the end of October and I am calling Jason, Roland and Stephanie to find out what is going on.... of course I get no answer from anyone. Then I get this nice little text from Roland that I should find someone else to work with!!! Are you kidding me??? 4 months of nonsense! Then Roland calls me and says as a consolation he'll send me his email address so that I can send him proof of our late payment from our house payment and supposedly they'll pay it back by tomorrow or the next day. I CERTAINLY HOPE THEY DONT TREAT ALL OUR VETS THIS WAY!! read more

My husband and I were shopping around to refinance our FHA mortgage to reduce the interest rate and remove the PMI. We kept hearing how low the rates were and wanted to take advantage of that. Since the holidays were coming up we wanted to hurry and get it handled. I contacted Wells Fargo and ordered my appraisal, unfortunately we received bad news saying our appraisal didn't come in high enough and at that point we had just given up. In mid December we were contacted by Michael at Sunview Lending regarding a FHA streamline program which I was very reluctant to listen. He seemed knowledgeable so I gave him a chance to explain. I told him that our appraisal didn't come in high enough so I couldn't refinance. He assured me that there was a program that would lower our high 5% interest rate without worrying about the value or my credit. He sent me an email of the documents that were needed and I was absolutely surprised how little they needed. I sent everything back promptly and within a couple days Michael called us with great news saying that we were able to lower our interest rate to 3.625 which saved us over $300 on our monthly payment. Super excited, my husband and I reviewed all the paperwork signed it and sent it back. After the holidays I received another phone call saying that the new FHA streamline would also reduce the PMI as well and within two weeks we closed. Start to finish it took just less than a month for everything to be completed. My husband and I both are very satisfied with not only how professional and knowledgeable they were, but also how soon they were able to get everything done. I highly recommend Sunview Lending to anyone looking to lower their mortgage payment. read more
