I wanted to support a veteran-owned business, which honestly made this experience even more…read moredisappointing. I had my gutters installed previously by the original builder for around $1,300. This company quoted me approximately $3,000 for what was essentially the same type of job -- more than double the price. I completely understand that businesses have overhead and prices change, but there's a difference between charging a fair price and simply being wildly overpriced. A quote of $3,000 for a job I previously paid $1,300 for was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate because I genuinely wanted to support a veteran-owned company. I just can't justify paying more than twice what the same work has cost me before. Being veteran-owned is something I'm happy to support, but it shouldn't be used as a reason for customers to overlook an unreasonable price. Shop around and get multiple quotes before committing. I'm glad I did.

Keith Caballero helped me understand what was needed to best suit my needs, provided an estimate outlining what we talked about, and provided a fair price. Note; they will not service existing gutters, they will tear out any existing gutters and replace, probably for the better. Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. Amazing Amazing Amazing…read more Brownlee Roofing & Gutters just completed my roof. We had a large hail storm come through Denton, TX and damaged my roof and 2 of my friends close by. We decided to go with 1 company so that we could all benefit from working with the same team. Between the 3 of us we got about 6-7 estimates. Brownlee Roofing & Gutters completed our estimate remotely with a satellite imaging software and had my estimate to me same day! Best part about it is that I didn't have to set appointments and meet roofers at my house to get the estimate. All the other companies want to set an appointment so they can walk around on your roof with a measuring tape and chalk and then try to hard sell you on the spot. Not Brownlee Roofing & Gutters. At first I was apprehensive about the accuracy of an estimate given based on web satellite images, but Brownlee Roofing & Gutters just completed my roof in a single 10 hour period from start to finish, installed roof vents, and did the entire job for the exact penny they quoted. Not only that I requested a special shingle and they quickly said yes! These guys also took the time to paint all my vents without asking so that they match my exact roof color. It gets better. After they completed my work I was contacted by the owner to send my insurance estimate so that they could file for the depreciation amount the insurance held. He personally handled it and I had an email from my insurance company the same day confirming the extra money was being sent to my bank account. Best roofing experience ever!
