Thanks to a busted water heater, that's the sound my carpet made outside of a closet in that hall. A closet that happened to be located directly under the water heater in the attic. Chris came to inspect our home, he did a thorough all inspection, took photographs to show us the damage and became the intermediary between us and the insurance company. His estimate was very comprehensive, no hidden fees or small unreadable paragraphs. We replaced our 10-year-old shingles with metal roof, they do look like shingles and are supposed to withstand the Texas elements if install properly and last longer than a regular roof. I cannot say the installation went without a hitch (time, pandemic and supplies) but the end result and the professional way in which Chris conducted himself throughout the process was outstanding. I admire my house all the time, I was afraid that the colors were going to be too dark but when I see it I do feel happy with the end result.
