It came back in perfect condition, spot removed, perfectly pressed, and hung on form-shaping hangers. Even the lapels of the suit jacket were perfectly rounded (a challenging task). They even attached a nice "Welcome" card thanking us for coming to Comptons. Having had good results with one suit, we took another, and the results were the same. Perfect. They have earned all of my future dry cleaning business! They are more expensive than the one we had used for several years but worth every penny! Note that their business hours are only Monday to Thursday, 7am to 6pm. Closed Friday-Sunday.

I hd taken it in to be cleaned w the sweat etc around the neck. I didn't look at it immediately because I was moving. I took it out of the bag Wednesday and panicked! They had-it looked like to me-gotten some kind of rusty stuff on it and pulled out the hem. I live now in Kingsport and looked for a new dry cleaners. Craig's was the closest to me with a 5 star rating. This morning I was checking to see if it was ready. This lady was very helpful and she explained what they must have done and how they could fix it. A very nice very young man was manning the desk this afternoon when I came back and he remembered me and courteously bagged it up. It was reasonable to for what they had to do to fix me for Sunday. I will bring all my cleaning the 17 miles--it was worth the trip!!! Thank you, folks! You saved my first Sunday!

The address listed is to her home and is rather easy to find. I arrived and she was outside and greeted me. I showed her the curtains and she took my name and number. She said she would call me when they were done and provide a cost at that time. The price for the alterations was very reasonable and made my West Elm purchase 100% worth it!
