This is a fraud company set up solely for the purpose of defrauding Medicare and supplemental insurance carriers. My Medicare account was billed $5130.00 for knee, wrist and back braces that I NEVER have ever had reason to use in my life. I also have never been to Florida in my life which is where they are. Upon reporting to Medicare about this claim, this was told to me that they are a fraudulent company and Medicare is working on recovering and prosecuting these people. It was suggested that I also report this to my supplement insurance provider. So....what could improve?? Put them out of the scam/fraud business and put them in jail! My rating is ZERO! read more

They got Medicare for $15,480 for a bandage I never received either. Medicare says they've started an investigation as of two days ago (when I made initial report), but they will not provide any info on the investigation. I reviewed my secondary premera EOB of a Medicare payment made of $$1200.00 for a service on 1/16/25 for orthopedic devices billing over $5 thousand dollars that I never received any devices unless it was for additional BGM monitor test strips and lancets in a tiny box. But certainly not more than $5,000.00 worth. I reported it to Medicare, my Secondary Premera insurance likewise and Premera didnt pay any of the charges. i didnt receive any of the multiple " Orthopedic devices that the Sunshine Senior Solutions in Florida " described on the Premera EOB Sunshine Senior submitted a claim for to Premera too! read more

Like most other reviews I have read here, this company has billed Medicare for medical supplies that I have never received, nor do I have any need for these supplies which are for wound care and catherization. The total billed to my Medicare account is in excess of $30,000. I tried to contact them first by phone, (left multiple messages that were unanswered), and later by mail to get this remedied. Since they were unresponsive, I filed Medicare fraud reports twice, first when I saw the first claims in my Medicare online profile, and again when I saw that there were additional claims filed. I have no idea how they obtained my Medicare number to use to file the claims. I live in North Carolina and have never had any legitimate business dealings with this Delray Beach, Florida company. I have seen so many complaints here about this company. Clearly a fraud. My wife's latest medicare summary showed charges for various orthopedic-related devices totaling $5,130 supposedly provided on 12/24/24. Never happened. Have reported to Medicare fraud and HHS IG. My wife did not have a Medicare online account. Went online today to discover that someone setup an account in her name on 5/17/25. Got that taken care of. This company billed my mother's Medicare Part B and supplement for multiple 2024 dates of service. Upon discovering this on her first summary notice from the supplement in early 2025, we reported the fraudulent charges to both the local Medicare Part B claims administrator Noridian as well as the supplement in early 2025. And still months later, instead of seeing those claims reprocessed and voided by Medicare and the supplement, she continues to receive summary notices for additional 2024 dates of service and the earlier 2024 dates of service are still "in review." My mother has never ordered any supplies from this provider and has not been to Florida in more than 50 years. The charges are for diabetes supplies and urinary catheters, and my mother is not even a diabetic. Her doctors and/or a hospital would not have reported a diagnosis of diabetes on any claims for any services my mother actually did legitimately receive. So if CMS tracks all chronic diagnoses, especially diabetes, in the so-called interest of public health and ensuring Americans with chronic illnesses receive necessary and timely care (and financially penalizes treating doctors who don't meet certain benchmarks when treating Medicare recipients with chronic diagnoses), then why is CMS not flagging charges related to diabetes for a Medicare recipient who does not even have diabetes reported by any treating medical doctor or hospital? And same thing as another reviewer stated, the rep from local Medicare administrator said they are already familiar with this company submitting fraudulent claims. Then why have they not been sanctioned and dropped by CMS? This is shameful! Also, for some reason the review lists me being in Delray Beach, FL. That is incorrect. We are from New Jersey. read more
