These outright crooks should be in jail. Frauded Medicare for $35,000 in wound care dressings for a gender reassignment surgery in FL (I live in NJ); that was completely bogus. Then, Medicare continued to pay them for dialysis treatments stemming from the surgery I never had. Medicare is out $50,000 and I'm not sure what gender I am on paper? These scammers have been on FL TV. Come On, Medicare STOP Payment these scoundrels. Not to mention they collected an additional 20% from my secondary insurance company. I've been told this is a billion dollar fraud. Check your medicare statements and report suspicious billings. read more

I keep getting notified on medicare statements where they were paid thousands of dollars for items I have never needed or used - or even know what they are talking about. I reported it once, no data. Now they are saying the Dr. who ordered it is Dr. MIchelle O Prestoza, here in the Phoenix area. Never saw her, I don't do business with the company she "works: for. Sunshine Senior "Solutions" is in Delray Beach, Fl. Go Figure - they just keep scamming the medicare system. read more

Found 4 monthly charges on my Medicare statement for "Non-adjunctive, non implanted continuous glucose monitor" and "receiver". I tried calling the phone number on the Medicare statement 2 days in a row and left a message to call me back but did not get a call back. So I reported it as possible FRAUD to Medicare. The Medicare agent said it will be investigated and will report back to me, but could take 2 years. I see on this website that Sunshine Senior Solutions has had many negative comments for false/fraud Medicare claims. Yesterday my neighbor told me they had a similar fraud claim for the same medical items at a supplier located in New York. read more

A fraudulent charge was billed to my Medicare account for a total $5,130.00. This is a common dollar figure charge fraudulently to Medicare and United Health Care. I never give my health care information to anyone other than my trusted health care providers. I never had orthopedic problems and surely don't need a full body support device. I called Medicare and reported Sunshine Senior Solutions, I'll call United Health and question how my information was obtained. El Mirage, Arizona read more

This is a bogus fraudulent "company". I have been monitoring my statements from both Medicare and my secondary insurance company. They have billed over $25k in fraudulent charges. I have contacted both Medicare and secondary to let them know this is fraud, and not to pay their claims. Medicare has initialized a fraud investigation but continues to pay these claims nonetheless. They say it could take months or up to a year to straighten it out. In the meantime, they continue to pay fraudulent invoices and our Medicare premiums climb. This is out of control. read more

Update on Sunshine Senior Solutions LLC in Delray FL After getting a second round of fraud claims from Sunshine this week, I waited to speak with a supervisor in Medicare. This company is under an active payment suspension since some time last year. You will get claims that look like a payment was made but it was actually stopped from being paid. Only the government could come up with such a system of showing payments that upset and cause in some cases, hours of call time to report. Keep checking your claims and reporting just to be sure. read more

FRAUD! Just This company billed Medicare for a load of charges that were outright bogus claims for catheters and something called alignate (?) that were never prescribed for me and that I didn't need or use. This company has had no relations with me whatsoever and neither has the Florida Doctor Kaufman they referenced on their bogus claims. I can't figure out how they got my Medicare number unless it was made available on the dark web through cybersecurity hacks of health care companies and their databases. Seem like Medicare has been paying these robbers at least since April, -and they just paid them again for my fake claims shown on my Medicare summary notice dated July 3rd, 2025. Also seems like everyknown knows this co is a fraud but they are apparently still paying their fake claims. read more

These folks are clearly fraudsters. I just received a Medicare Summary Notice with six bogus claims for "Fiber gelling dressing, wound cover, sterile, ...". Never received any such treatment from anyone. Ordered by a "Shagufta Ahsen", location unknown. Two separate claims, one for $10,320.00, the second for $5,160.00, totaling $15,480.00. Seems to be their favorite number based on other reviews. Must be just under a particular threshold that does not trigger better scrutiny from Medicare.
