Found 4 monthly charges on my Medicare statement for "Non-adjunctive, non implanted continuous glucose monitor" and "receiver". I tried calling the phone number on the Medicare statement 2 days in a row and left a message to call me back but did not get a call back. So I reported it as possible FRAUD to Medicare. This is a bogus fraudulent "company". I have been monitoring my statements from both Medicare and my secondary insurance company. They have billed over $25k in fraudulent charges. I have contacted both Medicare and secondary to let them know this is fraud, and not to pay their claims. Medicare has initialized a fraud investigation but continues to pay these claims nonetheless. Update on Sunshine Senior Solutions LLC in Delray FL After getting a second round of fraud claims from Sunshine this week, I waited to speak with a supervisor in Medicare. This company is under an active payment suspension since some time last year. You will get claims that look like a payment was made but it was actually stopped from being paid. Only the government could come up with such a system of showing payments that upset and cause in some cases, hours of call time to report. Total scam. Fraud billing to my sister's Medicare. She reported it in April and Medicare still processed a claim in May to these fraudsters. They did recall that one but all the others are still there. Check your Medicare claims online it takes too long to get the EOB in the mail. Never received any such treatment from anyone. Ordered by a "Shagufta Ahsen", location unknown. Two separate claims, one for $10,320.00, the second for $5,160.00, totaling $15,480.00. Seems to be their favorite number based on other reviews. Must be just under a particular threshold that does not trigger better scrutiny from Medicare. I called Medicare and they told me to call Sunshine Senior Solutions directly. I did. Got an answering machine. Now they have my phone number. Probably not a good idea.
