No one bothered to call and let me know That would have been OK if they offered to work with me and contact my doctor for the correct RX. When I asked for a copy of my paperwork on the phone I was told I would have to fax a request. I don't have a fax and I said I would come in and sign something. When I came in for my appointment and found out they don't carry the equipment I wanted I asked for my paperwork. I was handed everything but the original RX and didn't have to sign anything. I really hate being lied to.

I looked for the closest place and this was it. They were very nice on the phone, and even nicer in person. They listened well, evaluated my needs, and helped me find the wheelchair that best met my needs. They were happily willing to do what was necessary, and beyond, even to the point of having me talk to their PT about what would be best when I got home. I highly recommend them. THIS COMPANY IS DANGEROUS, DO NOT RENT EQUIPMENT FROM THEM…read more My group rented 7 bicycles and 3 tricycles for a week long event in Miami. On the day of rental, 9 bicycles and 2 tricycles were delivered because they didnt have enough tricycles. Not a single one was fully functional and half of them were broken and then repaired in dangerous ways. Out of these: - One bicycles pedal came off within an hour and was unfixable. had to walk back a mile. - One bicycles front fork was "repaired" but they welded it into place BACKWARDS causing it to violently change directions over bumps or when turning. It took several people eating asphalt before we realized it wasnt us. - Four bicycles tires would only stay inflated for a couple hours at a time - One tricycle frame was twisted into a permanent slight right turn and turning to the left would make the entire thing tip over and try to throw you off to the right. which it did. - The other tricycles basket was broken and unusable - Two chains were so rusted and deformed that they would constantly derail mid ride - Not a single bike had functional gears. the good ones had one functional high gear and one functional low gear. The rest were either permanently too hard to pedal or too easy. Everything has signs of shoddy repairs. Dont trust these people their bikes will get you hurt.
