Rented a scooter for my mother with multiple mobility issues before going to Disney. I was assured…read morethat it was charged and ready to go. When we arrived in Orlando the scooter did not work at all. My mother had to pay triple the amount of money to rent each day in the parks and was in agony walking to and from the transportation. Since we were in a large resort, she was stuck in the room because everything was way too far to walk. It completely ruined the trip. The worst part is that when we contacted the company, they kept trying to tell us we must be doing it wrong and were very nasty. When we returned it, it was confirmed the scooted did not work and then they tried to suggest it was our fault for turning it on and off too many times. I explained to the woman that the scooter did not turn on from the very first attempt and it was given to us broken. She again had a snarky attitude. They gave a refund, but a little kindness would have went a long way. Errors happen, but it is all about the recovery and the customer service was terrible. I would never trust them again.

I noticed the staff was hopping around to accommodate all of its customers. It appeared that they were shorthanded, but as Mychal, an employee stated, it's hard finding qualified sales people because of all the technical terms concerning healthcare products and equipment. He was very knowledgeable. Scooters, wheelchairs, walkers, etc all products bettering people with afflictions and injuries. Check out this place if you are recovering from an injury, accident or are unfortunately handicapped. Located in that super stripmall off Jog Rd & Forest Hill Blvd, in the Greenacres section of WPB.

The rental was very reasonably priced and it cost $30 for a multi day rental of a transport wheelchair. The lady who helped us was super nice and provided excellent customer service. I called to ask a tech question to make sure it is DOA, expecting to need to purchase a new one. I get some clown on the phone who wants to be 110% sure I purchased from THEM before he would help me. He even went so far as to ask for my "Order number" from 7 years ago. THIS shows their true colors, it is all about the DOLLARS. I told the man I had intended to purchase a NEW scooter if my suspicions were confirmed but since he was more interested in confirming I purchased from THEM than HELPING ME, I would be buying my NEW SCOOTER from another dealer. NICE GOING, GREAT WAY TO LOOSE A PREVIOUS CUSTOMER.

I ordered a part for my scooter. The package was crushed (a small part placed in a large…read morenon[-cushioned box). the part was damaged. It would not have worked, even if it had not been damaged. This is despite the fact that the website said it was correct for this scooter. Customer service gave me a runaround and said I would be charged 20% to return this, rather than a full $50. 00 refund. I find this to be extremely poor customer relations! In response to Andrew: It appears there are two views of this fiasco. My experience is exactly as I stated. The box and product were damaged. Even if it had not been damaged the item would not have worked, despite the website leading me to believe it was okay for the Go-Go. This escalated because of your customer service making things complicated. Interestingly, of course I have a computer. What I said was that I use a landline and do not the technical ability to photograph and send images. You have distorted this fact. I can take a regular camera and mail through the Post Office pictures to people, have never been able to send photos through a computer. Wish I'd read the other negative reviews before engaging with this firm.

So respectful of our home and really shocked at any bad reviews. Kind of wonder when I look at the dates that they were posted in three consecutive months-almost like a competitor got some friends to post negative reviews. When I called, the owner got frustrated with me and said he had too much work and didn't know when it would be ready... An hour later, he called back saying it needed a new CPU and will cost over 2K, he then said he knew a way to wire some stuff together and he added a relay, then charged me $800 for it. When my trusted mechanic returned to town and looked at it, he was shocked. The real issue was simply a dead battery and the remote. He removed what they had installed, and the jet ski started right up with no problem, and what they added was straight juicing out my battery, He told me that charging $800 for what they did was nothing but a huge robbery. Moral of the story: be very careful who you trust with your equipment. I would never recommend this place, really upset over this. Update: it is not a Fake Review I gave you a call and you said to drop it off Saturday and will take a look Monday and to give you call..
