Me and my mom went yesterday to celebrate her birthday, and to use the gift certificates i had purchased at Christmas time. When we were in the middle of getting our pedicures, the manager came over and told us that he would not be able to accept our gift certificates because they were new owners and they were not accepting gift certificates from the previous owners. What a wonderful birthday surprise. The manager then proceeded to tell us how He had lost thousands of dollars accepting gift certificates that have been purchased under the previous ownership. He went on and on about how horrible the old owners were in with a tough position they had put them in, like we were supposed to feel bad for him or something when it's my moms birthday and we're basically out of 100 bucks. You guys have no idea how to talk to customers or how to run a business. You did not change the name of your business, you did not change the location of your business, and the gift certificate has no expiration date. I will never go back to your establishment, and all the tourists I referred over to your business at the busy restaurant I work at will never get referred to you again as well. It is your responsibility to make previous customers from the past owners happy, don't just shrug your shoulders and act Like there's nothing you can. It was my moms birthday and we told you that and you couldn't of made it any less special. Shame on you I hope you go out of business too read more

2 stars because the guy who did my nails was nice and did a great job. The manager however is rude as hell. I walked up to pay and I attempted to hand her my slip but she tossed it aside to look at my friends nails. When I picked the slip back up she smacked my hand twice. While looking at my friend's nails she bumped me out of the way so she could see. Wtf? I don't appreciate being pushed out of the way or having anyone smack my hand especially when I'm attempting to give them my money. They even had to redo my friend's nails and it took over two hours. I was there for 4 hours for a full set and pedicure. To make it up to me they said they would do a nail design for free when I got up to the register to pay he said my pedicure was 35 and my hands were basically 55 because of the nails shape and length when a regular full set it $25. He basically overcharged me to pay for the "free design" not to mention when I requested the style for the free design he said he would charge me 14. This was a great experience. I came in for a pedicure on a Friday afternoon and was taken care of right away. We went into a relaxing room with low lighting and relaxing music; the chair provided a nice gentle massage to my back, shoulders and forearms. Very professional. My 1st ever mani pedi and ive realized why ive always avoided them. My dilemma in writing this is that they were very very nice ladies. But $45 is too expensive to get badly painted nails and rough handling. I truly couldnt understand a word they said and they couldn't understand me either i think. The leg skin treatments are way too hot and rough - towels, salt scrub, pumice and nail files left my skin burning and raw. The massage chair and glass if wine was the only thing keeping me from yelping in pain. They didnt ask me what i wanted even though i told them it was my first time so maybe all of that "luxury pampering" is what women go for. Its not for me. My manucure was also too rough. They use industrial strength grit on those files or something. Ouch! And though i said they just needed light squoval shaping, they filed my long, natural nails down to square numbs. Cleanup job was bad. Made my cuticle bleed. Nail polush bubbled up. Tons of nail dust and excess was stuck under my nail. Plus the salon is in need of a good cleaning from ceiling to floor and they seriously need to invest in air scrubbers. Sadly its not something i can say I'll do again. My at home mani/pedis are tedious but immaculate - especially since i own an online store that specializes in nail polish and nail art. Oh well. I tried! read more

Got a full set here two weeks ago. The job was completely rushed and wasn't even good. One whole hand was longer than the other. On the way home I had to stop to get heavy duty nail file to shorten and shape my nails properly. It was so obvious but my nail technician was interested in fixing it. Also she left huge amounts of glue under my finger nails. Had to pry that put too. Needless to say I am ready for a full and looking for a new place to go. I have one nail that has already come off and two about to. Not normal for me. In my opinion if you don't have time to do a good job for your clients let them know, they will have to come back later or wait for a bit. read more

Amazing gel mani and spa pedicure! I'm new to the area and went here as it was close to my new house. I was immediately escorted to a luxurious spa chair in a dimly lit room. I was offered a beverage. Although the lights were low, the technician worked with a bright light. The color choices were extensive and she matched the gel color I chose for my hands with a complementary color for my toes. The price for full service was only $47, so I left a ten dollar tip. After going to the same salon for 5 years, I was hesitate to try this new place. Jen was a true professional and her work was amazing. Flawless application and very kind in her approach. She did a gel manicure and normal pedicure, it was outstanding. Hopefully, it will last the 2-3 weeks they indicated. The pedicure chairs were hard to operate but super comfortable. Annie was great and did a great job. My only disappointment was the color did not turn out as the sample I chose. The special pedi room is a nice touch. I thought the staff was attentive to all the clients that were there at the time I was. I will probably suggest them showing me a sample before they apply next time. Yes, I will try again. read more

I've been here about 3-4 times and they are always very friendly. The place is very clean and well decorated. They take their time and genuinely seem to want to do a good job and give you a good experiences. I've been to too many nail salons where it seems they just want to get your money and get you out. I always get pedicures and I don't do color, always french. I never have problems with peeling or chipping. I can go 2-3 weeks and it still looks like a fresh pedi. February 2017, I had microblading services on my eye brows. Everything went well, 3 weeks later I came back to show how much he healing has progressed. Returning soon for touch ups which are free. I'm glad I went here for this service. Technician was very experienced and that was evident in her work. This is my 3rd experience with permanent makeup, this has been the best so far. read more

Very few good things I can say about this place.... Only good things are prices are reasonable and did a good paint job. Other than that we upgraded to the deluxe and BARLEY got any kind of a massage. The hot stones were a joke. I atleast got a hot towel but my mom didn't (same pedicure). Great job on my deluxe pedicure. Not so great on no-chip manicure. Took almost 2.5 hours to get both done. Most of it with me just sitting there waiting for someone to help me. Which would have been fine, except, this is supposed to be a pampering, relaxing experience. I had to listen to multiple customers actually YELLING at the technicians. Just moved here from Los Angeles CA looking for a great nail salon. Drove by liked the look of the place. Went in absolutely beautiful. Got a fantastic tech gal named Annie to do a full set of nails. This is the second time I have tried this nail salon, and I probably won't be back. The guy who did my pedicure rushed through everything and my toenails look like they were done by a two year old. The polish is super thick with slivers of my nails not painted and still didn't dry even hours later. I paid for a pedicure that has extra callous removal and an exfoliated since the classic pedicure doesn't remove the dead skin from my feet. He was "finished" with the pedicure and I still hadn't received what I paid for and he almost refused to give it to me. My full set is better than my pedicure but it was also rushed through. My full set seemed to be dry but the second I pulled out my credit card my fingernail smugged. After I had left I realized all of my fingernails were still wet underneath(time between coats wasn't given to cry) and there were many bubbles and ripples under my thumb nail. Seems to be like the owner is the only one who can please people. Has a good atmosphere but doesn't seem to be clean at all either. read more
