    I have been a faithful member since 2016. That's almost 10 years. In that time I have NEVER SAME…read moreDAY CANCELLED! I may have cancelled but NEVER without ample notice to rebook. I believe I have been a "blue ribbon" member ... prompt, tip well and refer other members. Because of several personal situations in the last year or so I have not been able to use my membership and attempted to cancel. At that time, I had 9 credits and was told I would lose the credits and could not use them UNLESS I maintained a special membership that would cost $10 a month. This membership did not accrue any more credit but simply allowed me to use the credits I had already paid for. OK. I didn't like it, but I opted for that option. Be aware I made multiple attempts in person, on the phone and in emails to get this pseudo-cancellation accomplished before this "option" was offered to me. About a month ago I booked two services but became very ill. The morning of the appointments I called (no one was in yet) but I left a message. I immediately went to the doctor. After recovering I called to determine how many credits remained. I discovered you had charged me the full amount for the services I cancelled for illness. I did not expect that. Prior to this cancellation, I HAD NEVER IN ALMOST 10 YEARS CANCELLED services without ample notice. Imagine my surprise when I was charged. I am incredibly upset. No, I'm angry. I do not believe this is fair or the kind of customer service that is justified given my long-term loyalty. I have subsequently noticed (when attempting to find a way to complain and get a better, more satisfactory resolution) that there are multiple, open, class action lawsuits for this exact type of customer abuse. If there were one in the state of Louisiana (where I live) I would join it. Since there are not and despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to negotiate a more customer satisfactory resolution, I am sending this letter. Additionally, in an effort to wan unsuspecting existing and potential customers, I am posting it on any website that might be applicable. I still have unused credits. But since my original membership so many restrictions have been placed on using my credits, applicable pricing, and any other gimmicks to abuse members, I doubt I will be able to ever use them. Now I must find a way to cancel the ridiculous $10 monthly fee to use credits I've already paid for. A very dissatisfied (and angry) former member!
