Spa is what I call a makeshift budget spa. Not just the decor but the overall mood and feeling. Therapy rooms are located upstairs and downstairs and have curtains instead of doors. House fee is $60 which is surprising as most places like this you might pay $45 tops. Almost walked but when I saw Sunny, the decision to stay was automatic. No question about it. And, the massage was actually quite good. Sunny asked if I wanted to go upstairs or stay downstairs. My visit was on a hot summer day and we only walked 1/2 way up the stairs before the heat convinced me to stay downstairs. No AC upstairs. The room downstairs was adequate. Spartan but adequate. The massage was above average. Sunny has a pleasant disposition and asks for feedback on how she is doing. I've been back a few times. I think they have someone else working there but I've never seen her. I only assume such as I hear Sunny talking to someone.

This is not the place to come if you're looking for a real classic luxurious spa experience. There's no warm robe or citrus mint water given to you after the massage. I got a two hour massage and am so thankful I did. I will be coming back here!

I live near Cape May and am lucky enough to visit her off season when things are a little slower. While this is great for the customers it is challenging for the owner and her staff, so if you're looking for a very reasonably priced diversion when the winds pick up, call Lili's or stop by the storefront. Her place isn't fancy, but it is clean, simply but nicely appointed, and you'll feel great when you're done--whether from a full body, or simply a foot massage! People have expressed concerns about masseuses taking phone calls during sessions. The Spa is a very small business that offers friendly and thoughtful service and often there isn't a dedicated receptionist. This doesn't bother me--having a reasonably priced first class massage in a clean and welcoming environment makes up for a brief diversion (especially if such calls ensure the continuation of Lili's Health Spa).
