Having never had a massage before, I set up an appointment online curious about what it could do. Erin was extremely kind and nurturing upon arrival and her office is extremely relaxing. I was so surprised how many areas of tenderness and pain we found during our 1 hour session, and how my body even turned to laughter as it finally got to relax a bit. I've been stuck in a pattern of pain and guarding and felt more at ease at the end of our appointment.
