She customized the massage to work on specific areas instead of giving me a full body massage. Boy was this the Way to go! I have a problem with my neck and shoulder and she was instrumental in helping this. I was also having a lower back problem for the past couple days and she noticed my hips weren't aligned and with some pressure she aligned them. My pain went away instantaneously. I left feeling so wonderful and it actually lasted the rest of the vacation! The place itself is very pretty, very holistic looking, and very clean. I was really impressed by that. Natalie was very professional and knew what to do and how much pressure to apply in different areas. She communicated very well throughout and I felt extremely comfortable. It was such a wonderful massage and experience that I booked my next appointment the next time I'm in town! Thank you Natalie for a wonderful massage! However, my treatment experience was extremely disappointing. When my massage therapist, Michelle, met me in the hallway, she quickly walked me to the treatment room and rushed through the instructions while moving things around the space. Toward the end, she wasn't even facing me, so I couldn't hear her clearly. When I politely asked her to repeat the last part, she sighed audibly before starting over. I clarified that I only needed her to repeat the part I couldn't hear, and she did -- but the tone already felt impatient and unprofessional. A few minutes later, she reentered the room and said, "On your back, dude." I was taken aback and asked her to repeat what she said. When she did, I asked, "What did you just call me?" She widened her eyes and replied, "Dude -- you are a dude, aren't you?" At that point, I told her I was done, gathered my things, and left. My wife and I enjoy getting massages regularly, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had -- not only because of the unprofessional language, but also because of the dismissive attitude that turned what should've been a relaxing, rejuvenating session into an uncomfortable encounter. The spa itself is beautiful, and the front-end staff were kind and accommodating, but the service I received from this therapist was unacceptable for a resort of this caliber. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the rest of the experience -- the setting, amenities, and our excitement for a shared relaxation day -- was completely overshadowed by this interaction.

A friend recommended Lili's reflexology to me a few years ago, and I'd had her phone number written on a slip of paper, on my desk, as a "to do" since then. When I walked by the new location near the Acme in Cape May over Mother's Day weekend 2022, I immediately dropped in to see if they had time for my guests. My sister and niece loved their massages, and today I finally got over there to let Lili work her healing powers on my sciatica. She is the real thing. Lili's Health Spa is not your chain massage parlor or overpriced rubdown. Lili trained in Chinese medicine, and her work opens up channels of energy that you may not realize have been blocked for years. Thirty-minute reflexology left my feet feeling like pillows, and the pain in my left leg, knee, and hip was gone. She also advised me on a process to relieve tension by rolling my instep over a dowel. So much more than a "massage" -- forget the language barrier, forget the fancy setting, this is for good health. Just do it. And -- it's a cash-only, drop-in type of place. She can't afford no-shows at the prices she offers, so stop in, and if they can't take you right away, they'll let you know. The 90 mins Deep tissue massage started promptly, and the therapist immediately focused on addressing the areas that needed the most attention, primarily my back and shoulders. I appreciated that she didn't waste any time and got straight to work. The strength and precision of their hands were evident throughout the session, providing an excellent level of pressure to relieve tension. I had some persistent knots in my shoulders, and the therapist spent a dedicated 10 minutes specifically targeting and working on them. Their expertise and determination were exceptional, and I could feel the knots gradually releasing under their skilled hands. Lili is a very knowledgeable and highly skilled & intuitive therapist. If you are serious about bodywork then this is the place for you. I came upon Lili's place when we were in Cape May for a break and I only wish that she was closer; I am in North Jersey. The one week that we were there I worked with Lili three times. Although we had great conversations, they could have been alot better if I spoke Chinese or she had a better command of the English language. Yet, this did not distract from her work. I sure hope I have the blessing of working with her again! Located in downtown Cape May; part of the mall. You and your body will be glad that you committed to a session with her. The day before we left for home, we went to Lily's one more time for the road. Lily has hands of gold! The best massage you'll ever get anywhere and reasonably priced. I had reflexology (which this is a very traditional chinese reflexology - not a foot 'massage'). There is no doubt this work helped my body to detox. I decided to also book the hydrofacial and you can not beat the price for this service. Being the location is not your typical spa, I think the pricing balances out as this establishment is more medicinal in their sevices vs the traditional swedish massage type of places.
