Lili is an amazing masseuse! I prefer a deep tissue massage and despite her diminutive stature, she very ably finds and releases tension throughout my body. I live near Cape May and am lucky enough to visit her off season when things are a little slower. While this is great for the customers it is challenging for the owner and her staff, so if you're looking for a very reasonably priced diversion when the winds pick up, call Lili's or stop by the storefront. Her place isn't fancy, but it is clean, simply but nicely appointed, and you'll feel great when you're done--whether from a full body, or simply a foot massage! People have expressed concerns about masseuses taking phone calls during sessions. The Spa is a very small business that offers friendly and thoughtful service and often there isn't a dedicated receptionist. This doesn't bother me--having a reasonably priced first class massage in a clean and welcoming environment makes up for a brief diversion (especially if such calls ensure the continuation of Lili's Health Spa). read more

I've been a customer of Lili's Massage for several years and she is truly knowledgable and gifted at massage and acupressure, as well as extremely kind. Her spa is 'no frills', but very clean and tidy, and she's extremely meticulous about washing her hands and changing the sheets and towels. The prices are very reasonable considering her high-level of expertise and experience. I have very tight hips, shoulders and neck from carrying my toddler around and the everyday-stressors of life, and she always knows the exact muscles and pressure points to address to help relieve tension, and has tips on how I can prolong the benefits of massage (e.g. wearing warm clothes, stretching, etc.). I always leave feeling much less stressed, with fewer knots, and overall much happier and healthier than when I arrived. Furthermore, she is very thoughtful! A few years ago, I went for a massage the day before my wedding, and she gifted me a small dog ornament, symbolic of good fortune in the Chinese culture. Her deep tissue massage is nirvana, and she can adjust pressure to a clients wishes. The facility is clean, it runs on time and while they appreciate an appointment, they accommodate walk-ins. I am so happy to share an updated review on Lillys health spa. After being closed through Covid, I found Lily reopened and the knots in my back and neck are gone. She relocated to a space near the Acme in downtown Cape May. the parking is easy--she validates the parking. I am a frequent massage person and was looking for a deep tissue massage to alleviate very tight neck/shoulder muscles. Lilly was amazing! I went for a 90 minute massage and felt 100% better. The space is functional so don't expect typical dark rooms/spa music but I'd give that all up anyway for a massage that actually does something. Will go back for sure read more

My mom and I were in town for a few days' vacation and Lili booked us both for 90-minute deep tissue massages. She and her associate did a fantastic job! My mom is a veteran massage receiver at other locations back home and she said this was very effective and on target for relieving pressure in her tense areas. What a great massage! This place is no frills, but it's about half the price of other massages in the area, which is amazing. I tried it on a whim, walked in and had a wonderful experience - my massage therapist was strong, did the pressure just as I like it, and seemed to intuit exactly what hurt the most to really dig in to those spots. Highly recommend, and I hope this place stays around - I'll be coming back on my vacation next year! This place seemed a bit sketchy to me. I agree with the other reviewer that it was uncomfortable. When I came in LiLi was ushering a gentleman into one of the back rooms. She then took me in the front room and it didn't look like fresh sheets. She gave me the tiniest little cover for my butt and when she came in she whipped it off onto the floor and there it stayed! So much for modesty! Then she proceeded with the massage and spent more than 50% of the time massage my butt! Never in my life have I had a massage like this! So embarrassing! Afterward when I got up and dresses I noticed what looked like a small camera in the room toward the ceiling! I cannot say 100% for sure but it definitely spooked me. I tried to do a walk in and was seen immediately by Lili (lucky me)! This place seems to do a lot of business and are really efficient with their time. I got a 30 minute acupressure massage for shoulders and lower back & Lili was amazing. She really hit all my most troubled points & released a lot of muscle tension. I always like when a masseuse can apply a lot of pressure (especially with acupressure/muscle release therapy) and Lili is amazing at this! I was a little skeptical to come to this place but dont let the decor and ambiance fool you. LILI HIT EVERY PRESSURE POINT that was causing me pain. Even though she didnt speak much english, luckily i understand mandarin. She explained to me about chinese remedy and why my body was in pain. Due to blockage and my circulation was poor, this in terms caused alot of pain. She also explain the nerve was affected due to my neck which is true. She touched and pin pointed all the areas from my body that was in pain without me mentioning it. Thank you Lili!
