People have expressed concerns about masseuses taking phone calls during sessions. The Spa is a very small business that offers friendly and thoughtful service and often there isn't a dedicated receptionist. This doesn't bother me--having a reasonably priced first class massage in a clean and welcoming environment makes up for a brief diversion (especially if such calls ensure the continuation of Lili's Health Spa).
