At no additional cost, I also received organ meats and bones (for my dogs) and those can cost a fortune at the butcher shop! The taste is simply delicious!!! The hamburger does not have that odd pink slime that comes off of grocery store ground beef. I expected it might be fatty... but it is not!! Ive enjoyed soups, spaghetti sauce, stew and a filet steak so far, and though my freezer is still full, I want to order more!!! Civil Sass Beef has been an absolute delight.
