I hate to write this review but after what happened today, unfortunately I need to…read more I called Caroline's on Saturday to ask if it would be possible to have two baskets for my job be ready by Tuesday morning around 9. I was told they checked and they were good to be picked up then. Fast forward to today, I get to Caroline's a little after 930, imagine my surprise when the woman behidn the counter tells me not only are the baskets not ready, they won't be ready for at least 2 hours. This isn't what upset me, listen I understand that things happen. What is insanely unprofessional is the fact that I arrived at my office about 7 minutes from Caroline's and she is on the phone with my coworker saying the baskets are ready. I was not told to wait for them, I was told they would need TWO MORE HOURS. I had to spend most of my day running around in circles back and forth when all of this could have been avoided if she asked me to wait 10 more minutes. I am extremely unhappy with the service and unfortunately I don't think I'll be choosing Caroline's anymore.

It was a Friday and I needed an arrangement Monday morning by 845am, although her shop didn't open until 10am. She said she would get it done and have someone deliver them to me at the time I needed. She gave me her number so that we could communicate and was very responsive. Although her delivery person wasn't able to come at 8:45am, she ran over to me herself at 9am and was so apologetic that she was even 15 minutes late and then gave me some tulips because she felt so bad! She is so amazing and she's also doing coffee and tea and gave me coffee and tea both times I visited her! She is so great and I will definitely use her for every time I need coffee or flowers :)
